المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى: 1-محاولة تحديد الاختلافات بين المقادير الكمية لكل من وزن الرباع وقوته النسبية ومقدار الثقل المرفوع خلال أداء رفعة الخطف في فئة وزن 94 ثقل0 كجم. 2-التعرف على مساهمة كل من وزن الرباع وقوته النسبية في مقدار الثقل المرفوع خلال أداء رفعة الخطف في فئة وزن 94 ثقل 0كجم. 2-ترتيب كل من القوة النسبية ووزن الرباع تنازليا بالنسبة لمساهمتها في مقدار وزن الثقل المرفوع خلال أداء رفعة الخطف لأفراد عينة البحث. 3-ترتيب كل من القوة النسبية ووزن الرباع تنازليا بالنسبة لمساهمتها في مقدار وزن الثقل المرفوع خلال أداء رفعة الخطف لأفراد عينة البحث. 4-تحديد المعادلة التنبؤية للتنبؤ بمقدار الثقل المرفوع في رفعة الخطف في فئة وزن 94 ثقل0 كجم بدلالة وزن الرباع وقوته النسبية خلال أداء رفعة الخطف لأبطال رفع الاثقال في بطولة العالم الأوروبية 2015م للرجال. وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من الرباعيين المشتركين في مسابقات رفع الأثقال النهائية للرجال في بطولة العالم الأوروبية 2015م المقامة بجيو-تبيليزي Geo-Tbilisi وهم الرباعيين الثمانية الأوائل في فئة 94 ثقل 0 كجم وتم استخدام تقرير موقع الويب الرسمي لمسابقات رفع الاثقال النهائية للرجال في بطولة العالم الأوروبية 2015م وحسبت القوة النسبية لكل رباع باستخدام المعادلة التالية: القوة النسبية= (الخطف رفعة في المرفوع ثقل)/█(الرباع وزن@) كما استخدم البرنامج الاحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في المعالجات الإحصائية، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن تحقيق أهداف البحث. وأوصى الباحث بما يلي: الاهتمام بالمحافظة على وزن الرباع المناسب وزيادة معامل القوة النسبية لجسمه عن طريق زيادة القوة القصوى لجسمه. استخدام المعادلة التنبؤية التي توصلت لها هذه الدراسة للتنبؤ بالثقل المرفوع وتقييم فنية رفعة الخطف لفئة وزن 94 ثقل 0 كجم في البطولة الأوروبية 2015م للرجال

The aim of this study is to: 1) try to determine the differences between the quantitative quantities of the weight of the quartile and the relative strength and the amount of weight raised during the performance of the abduction height in the category of weight 94 kg 0 kg 2 2 Identify the contribution of the weight of the weight and relative strength in the amount of weight raised during The height of the abduction in the category of weight 94 kg kg 0 2 The order of both the relative strength and the weight of the quartile descending for their contribution to the weight of the weight raised during the performance of abduction of the members of the research sample 0 3 Rank both relative strength and the weight of the quartile descending for their contribution to the weight The heaviness raised during the performance of abduction of individuals Research hypothesis 0 4 Determination of the predictive equation to predict the weight of the weight raised in the height of the kidnapping in the weight category 94 weight 0 kg in terms of the weight of the quadrature and relative strength during the performance of the kidnapping of the weightlifting champions in the European World Championship 2015 for men 0 The sample was chosen deliberately by the common quadrants In the final weightlifting competitions for men at the European World Championships in 2015. They are the top eight quartets in the 94 kg weight category. The official website of the men's final weightlifting competitions was used in the European World Championship in 2015 and the relative strength of each Quadruple using the following formula The weight raised in the abduction Relative Strength = Weight of the crane The Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) was also used in the statistical treatments. The results resulted in achieving the research objectives. The researcher recommended that : 1-Interest in maintaining the weight of the appropriate weight and increase the relative strength of the body by increasing the maximum strength of his body 2-Using the predictive equation obtained by this study to predict the weight raised and technical evaluation of the kidnapping height of the category weight 94 kg 0 kg in the European Championship 2015 for men .
