المستخلص: يواجه أخصائي تأهيل الإصابات الرياضية تحديات أخلاقية نظرا لعدم وجود معايير للسلوك المهني ينظم العلاقة بين أخصائي تأهيل الإصابات الرياضية والمستفيدين. حيث تنطوي الممارسة الرياضية في كثير من الأحيان على مستوى من الاحتكاك أو العنف او السلوك الغير أخلاقي مما يؤدي إلى الإصابات الرياضية وانتشار السلوكيات غير أخلاقية بين العالمين في القطاع الرياضي لذا يهدف البحث إلى وضع تصور لميثاق شرف يرسي بعض ضوابط واخلاقيات السلوك المهني لأخصائي تأهيل الإصابات المرضية من خلال: 1- توجيه أعضاء المهنة إلى السلوك المناسب أخلاقيا في القيام بأنشطتهم المهنية. 2- توجيه أعضاء المهنة نحو العلاقات المناسبة لحماية المستفيدين. 3- تحديد قيم وخصائص المهنة. 4- توفير الأدوات والمساعدات والدعم للأعضاء في اتخاذ القرارات الأخلاقية. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تم اختيار عينة البحث من اخصائي تأهيل الإصابات الرياضية في محافظات القاهرة والجيزة والفيوم وقد بلغ حجم العينة 250وبلغ معدل الاستجابة 210، وبعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية الرياضية وقد بلغ عددهم 50 عضو هيئة تدريس، وبعض العاملين بالهيئات الرياضية الحكومية والبالغ عددهم 140 وقد تم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان على الفئات المستهدفة واستخدم أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة. بعد الانتهاء من مرحلة جمع البيانات قام الدارس بتفريغها، وإدخالها لبرنامج التحليل الإحصائي تمهيدا لمرحلة التحليل والتفسير. وقد تم تحديد 7 محاور رئيسية في الميثاق الأولي المقترح استخدم الباحث لمعالجة البيانات البرنامج الاحصائيSPSS) version16) للمعالجات الإحصائية التي تمثلت في المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، التحليل العاملي Factorial Analysis وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث بعد إجراء التحليل العاملي توصل الباحث إلى صورة جديدة للميثاق النهائي لأخصائي تأهيل الإصابات الرياضية

A specialist in the rehabilitation of sports injuries faces moral challenges due to the absence of standards of professional conduct that regulates the relationship between sports injury rehabilitation specialists and beneficiaries ) code of Ethics). Where sport practice often involves a level of friction, violence or immoral behavior, resulting in sports injuries and the prevalence of immoral behaviors among workers in the sports sector. Purpose: the research aims to develop a vision for a code of ethics that establishes some rules and ethics of the professional behavior of specialists in the rehabilitation of sports injuries through: a) Guide members of the profession on morally appropriate Behavior in conducting their professional activities. b) Guide members of the profession on appropriate relationships for the protection of the Beneficiaries. c) Identify the values and characteristics of the profession. d) Provide tools, aids and supports for members in ethical decision making. The study was based on descriptive method. The sample was selected from the specialist of rehabilitation of sports injuries in the governorates of Cairo, Giza and Fayoum. The sample size was 250 and the response rate was 210 and some members of the faculty of physical education colleges and the number of 50 members of the teaching staff, and some employees of the governmental sports bodies and the number of 140 the questionnaire was distributed to the target groups and uses the method of random sample. After completing the data collection, the researcher unloaded it and introduced it to the statistical analysis program, in preparation for the analysis and interpretation stage. Seven main axes have been identified in the first proposed charter used by the researcher to process statistical data. The researcher used statistical data processing (SPSS) (version16) for the statistical treatments, which were the arithmetic average, the standard deviation, the factorial analysis. The results: the most important results reached by the researcher after the analysis the researcher reached a new form of the code of ethics for specialists in the rehabilitation of sports injuries
