Title: Part of the Session “Majles of Amali Al-Hakim Abu Ahmed Muhammad bin Mohammed Al-Hafiz - 378 AH” - investigation and study. I submitted a brief introduction in which I mentioned the many areas of service of the Prophet Mohammed’s (Pbuh) Sunnah, including the Hadith manuscripts, and then I mentioned the research plan, and divided the research into two main sections: First: Interpreted the author’s work, described the manuscript, clarified its importance, proved the attribution to the author, and stated the purpose of the manuscript and the reason behind it. Furthermore, I have explained the subject of the manuscript, as this section contains unusual Hadiths with different topics narrated by the author with his own chains and then commented on them with the declaration of its unusualness and the details of the names of their narrators and their ancestry and their countries, and perhaps attributed some of the Hadiths to some of the sources that preceded him, such as Sahih Bukhari and Muslim and Jami` al-Tirmidhi. He commented on most of the Hadiths mentioned in this section except two Hadiths and Prophet’s traditions, with a total of twenty, of which eighteen are Hadiths and two are Prophet’s traditions, most of which are true and constant. My study was as follows: I copied the manuscript, and used other sources, some of which are manuscripts and others are printed/ publications to avoid errors in the text control as much as possible, and then I made a short interpretation of the author’s sources, and I made explanations of the Hadiths and the traditions and made judgments while taking into account the proximity of the author’s sources, I classified according to the oldest, then the oldest Sahih and then by the oldest died, and I expanded in the explanation sometimes to clarify the reason, and highlighted some of the important benefits that the author informed of and followed what the author stated as unusual and found most of them as stated by the author. And then concluded with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important findings and recommendations and I made two indexes: the first includes the references, and the second includes research topics.
