المستخلص: This study is mainly concerned with the artificially induced labor, and ensuing Shariah-related repercussions through a medical prelude, two topics and conclusion as follows. The medical prelude is intended to shed light on the definition of artificially induced labor, events of use and methods, together with the negative aspects and damages ensuing therefrom. Topic I is to handle the events and cases where the artificially induced labor is used alongside with the juristic ruling of each case or event. Moreover, the topic is concerned with derivation thereof or the benchmark. Topic II is to handle the list of juristic provisions pertaining to the artificially induced labor as follows: the provision relating to the blood emanating during the artificially induced labor in terms of cleanness and dirtiness; the effect of blood emanating during the artificially induced labor in Shariah provisions; the provisions related to woman’s acts should the artificially induced labor inflict her; and the provisions related to implications and medical side effects likely to emerge due to use of the artificially induced labor. This would be demonstrated through showing the provisions of side effects and medical side effects of the Shariah permitted act and the provisions of medical side effects of the act not permitted by Shariah. Conclusion of the study has provided the most important findings of the study.

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده وعلى آله وصحبه.. وبعد يتناول هذا البحث الطلق الصناعي، وما يترتب عليه من آثار شرعية، وذلك من خلال تمهيد طبي ومبحثين وخاتمة على النحو التالي: التمهيد الطبي وفيه التعريف بالطلق الصناعي، وحالات استخدامه وطرقه، والأضرار الناشئة عنه. والمبحث الأول في بيان حالات استخدام الطلق الصناعي، والحكم الفقهي لكل حالة، وما يستدل به أو يقاس عليه في ذلك. وعقد المبحث الثاني في بيان الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالطلق الصناعي، وذلك في ما يلي: حكم الدم الخارج أثناء الطلق الصناعي من حيث الطهارة والنجاسة، وأثر الدم الخارج أثناء الطلق الصناعي في الأحكام الشرعية، وحكم تصرفات المرأة إذا ضربها الطلق الصناعي، وحكم المضاعفات الطبية الناتجة عن استخدام الطلق الصناعي، وذلك من خلال بيان: حكم المضاعفات الطبية من الفعل المأذون فيه شرعا، وحكم المضاعفات الطبية من الفعل غير المأذون فيه شرعا.
