|b Social fraud is a great danger in many social security organizations in countries around the world, although its impact is changing, some of the agencies believe that social security fraud social costs to their savings in the billions of dollars and it is being organized and becomes more complicated, we attempt in this article describes the results of a study on the economic and non-economic costs of compliance to assess the degree of vulnerability and models of management of the risks to the crime of social fraud, it identifies the most common forms of compliance and social fraud that we encounter in social security, as well as some initiatives undertaken so far to try to analyze the risks.

|d La fraude sociale constitue un grand danger dans plusieurs organismes des sécurités sociales aux pays du monde, bien que son incidence se change, certains des organismes estiment que la fraude sociale à la sécurité sociale coûte au total à leurs économies des Milliards de dollars et qu’elle est en train de s’organisent et devient plus compliquer ,nous tentons dans ce article décrit les résultats d’une étude sur les coûts économiques et non économiques de la conformité afin d’évaluer le degré de vulnérabilité et les modèles de maitrise des risques au délit de la fraude sociale, il recense les formes les plus courantes de la conformité et de la fraude sociale que l'on rencontre à la sécurité sociale, ainsi que sur quelques initiatives engagées à ce jour pour tenter d'analyser les risques.
