المستخلص: A. The Most Important Results: After I have finished this research, I think it is suitable to show the most important results of it; such as: 1-The importance of knowing and applying the approach of the advanced criticism Imams; who searched about the Hadiths’ evidences, and knew the narrators’ situation in respect to uprightness and rectification with full knowledge and vigilance. 2-It is found that; the most narrators agreed upon the religious uprightness, but disagreed upon the rectification level, so the critics described those narrators with descriptions show how much they agreed or disagreed with trustworthy. 3-The critics set levels for the invalidating and uprightness to accommodate these descriptions which described the narrators, these levels are various in terms of acceptance and rejection, and in term of taking them into consideration or not. 4-The methods which prove the uprightness and rectification are various; as they depend on the ancient criticism Imams in discovering the conditions of the narrators and exploring their narrations. 5-The controls appeared clearly in judging on narrators when the critics varied about them in respect to invalidating and rectification. 6- The imbalance occurs when the words of the invalidating and rectification are not observed upon variation, levels of these words and which of them is proper for allegation or consideration. 7- It is found there are useful books to show the narrators uprightness and rectification; which need for accuracy to handle them. B. Recommendations: 1- Care must be taken to study the conditions of the validity of the Hadith in light of the rules of the criticism Imams; such as “knowing the narrators uprightness and rectification” which the Hadith acceptance or rejection depend on it. 2-Academic care in the postgraduates in universities and researches centers through specialized study of the approach of the criticism Imams; especially in the narrators’ uprightness and rectification, with separate each science of them with a special study. 3-The universities and scientific research centers allocate research departments and booklets to study the approach of imams of advanced criticism, and free the masters in this aspect to compose in this matter in an integrated, encyclopedic, systematic manner, which is the nucleus for the manifestation of this approach. With interest in what has been written of scientific research and university theses in the approach of imams of criticism, especially in the neglected of modern science.

1-تناول هذا البحث علم تعيين الراوي المهمل الذي يذكر في الإسناد بما لا يميزه عمن كان في طبقته، وعلاقته بتحقق شرطي العدالة والضبط اللذين يتوقف عليهما سلامة الإسناد. 2-أفرد البحث علم المهمل وضوابطه، في الوقت الذي لم يفرده أحد من المحدثين بمؤلفات خاصة وصلت إلينا، كما لم أجد بحثا أكاديميا يجمع شتاته. 3-جلى البحث تأريخ علم "المهمل"، مستعرضا تعريفه، ومراحل نشأته في كتب علوم الحديث، وأنواعه من حيث شكل الإهمال. 4-بين البحث طرق تعيين المهمل عند المحدثين، والمصادر التي تمكن من الوصول لتعيينه. 5-أظهر البحث ضوابط لتعيين المهمل، تعالج مشكلة إهمال الرواة وتزيل الالتباس في أعيانهم. 6-أبرز البحث منهج النقاد في تمييز المهمل، مع اقتران ذلك بالجانب العملي التطبيقي عندهم. 7-تبين من البحث الحاجة للعناية بدراسة علم "المهمل" لكونه لم يعتن به عند المتقدمين أو المتأخرين.
