1-قاعدة (إذا اجتمعا افترقا وإذا افترقا اجتمعا) قاعدة مشهورة يندرج نحتها مصطلحات كثيرة من مصطلحات الشريعة، وقد ذكرها عدد كبير من العلماء رحمهم الله في مصنفاتهم. 2-هذه القاعدة يندرج تحتها مجموعة من أسماء الله تعالى الحسنى، فيختلف معناها عند إفرادها، وعند اقترانها بغيرها. 3-إذا ذكر اسم الله (الرب) مقرونا مع اسمه (الإله) صار معنى الرب: الخالق المربي المدبر، واسم الإله: المألوه المعبود، أما عند إفراد أحدهما فهو متضمن للاسمين معا. 4-إذا ذكر اسم الله (الرحمن) مقرونا مع اسمه (الرحيم) صار معنى الرحمن: ذا الرحمة العامة، أما الرحيم فيراد به ذو الرحمة الخاصة، أما عند إفراد أحدهما فهو متضمن للاسمين معا. 5-إذا ذكر اسم الله (العليم) مقرون مع اسمه (الخبير) صار معنى العليم: العليم بظواهر الأمور، والخبير: العليم ببواطنها، إما عند إفراد أحدهما فهو متضمن للاسمين معا. 6-إذا ذكر اسم الله (اللطيف) مقرونا مع اسمه (الخبير) صار معنى الخبير: العليم ببواطن الأمور، أما اللطيف فهو: العليم بدقائق الأمور، فيكون أدق من الخبير، أما عند إفراد أحدهما فهو متضمن للاسمين معا. 7-إذا ذكر اسم الله (العفو) مقرونا مع اسمه (الغفور) صار معنى العفو: الذي يمحو الذنب بالكلية، أما الغفور فهو الذي يستر الذنب ويصفح عنه، أما عند إفراد أحدهما فهو متضمن للاسمين معا. 8-إذا ذكر اسم الله (الخالق) مقرونا مع اسمه (البارئ) مع اسمه (المصور) صار معنى الخالق: المقدر للشيء الذي يريد إيجاده، والبارئ: الموجد لما قدره، والمصور: الموجد له على صورة وهيئة معينة، أما عند ذكر واحد من هذه الأسماء فهو متضمن لها جميعا.
1-The rule of “Islam and Belief; if they met they shall be separated, and if they separated they shall be joined” is a famous rule many Sharia terms fall below it, many Sharia scientists mentioned it in their books. 2-A group of the Most Beautiful Names of Allah falls under this rule, their meaning differ when singled out, and when coupled with others. 3-If we mentioned the name of Allah (The Lord) coupled with his name (The God), then the name (Lord) means the creator and the conductor. The name (God) means the worshiped, but when one of them is singled out, it shall include the both names together. 4-If the name of Allah (The Most Merciful) is mentioned in conjunction with his name (The Most Compassionate), then the meaning of the Most Merciful is meant for General Mercy, but the Most Compassionate means it with special mercy, but when singling one of them, it includes both names together. 5-If the name of Allah (The Knower) is mentioned in conjunction with his name (The Expert) then the meaning of the Knower becomes who knows the apparent things, and the Expert means who knows the inner things, but when singling one of them, it includes both names together. 6-If the name of Allah (The Most Kind) is mentioned in conjunction with his name (The Expert), then the meaning of the Expert becomes who knows the interior things, and the Most Kind means who knows the tiny interior things, so it is more accurate than the Expert, but when singling one of them, it includes both names together. 7-If the name of Allah (The Pardoner) is mentioned in conjunction with his name (The Forgiver), then the meaning of Pardoner becomes who erases the entire sin, but the Forgiver is who conceals the sin and forgoes it, but when singling one of them, it includes both names together. 8-If the name of Allah (The Creator) is mentioned in conjunction with his name (The Initiator) with his name (The Former), then the meaning of the Creator becomes the estimator of the thing he wants to make existed, the meaning of the Initiator becomes the founder for what he wanted to be existed, and the meaning of the Former becomes who found what he wanted to be existed in a specific form and shape, but when one of these names is mentioning, it includes all of them.
