The purpose of this paper is to present the answers provided by the Algerian governance and more specifically by its environmental governance to the issue of the protection of the environment. A governance whose principles have been precisely established to meet the various commitments made for the protection of the environment. To do this, we proceeded by document analysis. After analyzing the collected documentation, we arrived at the fact that these answers took the form of collection of government instruments listed in five categories, namely: economic, institutional, regulatory, informational and voluntary. It was also noted that these instruments had some anomalies that could block the execution of signed environmental commitments. L’objectif de ce papier est de présenter les réponses apportées par la gouvernance algérienne et plus précisément par sa gouvernance environnementale à la question de la protection de l’environnement. Une gouvernance dont les principes ont été justement instaurés en vue de satisfaire les divers engagements entrepris pour la protection de l’environnement. Pour se faire, nous avons procédé par analyse documentaire. Après traitement de la documentation collectée, nous sommes parvenus au fait que ces réponses prenaient la forme d’un ensemble d’instruments gouvernementaux répertoriés en cinq catégories, à savoir : économique, institutionnelle, réglementaire, informationnelle et volontaire. Il a été également noté que ces instruments présentaient quelques anomalies pouvant bloquer l’exécution des engagements environnementaux signés. |
