الحمد لله حمد الشاكرين، والصلاة والسلام على نبي الأولين والآخرين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. وبعد: فإن مما تميزت به الشريعة الخاتمة التي جاء بها نبينا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم أنها عنيت باستصلاح أحوال الإنسان وسوقه إلى عبادة الله عز وجل، وتحذيره من الوقوع فيما يخالف ذلك، ولهذا فإنها لا تفرق في دعوتها للمدعوين بين عربي وعجمي، ولا بين أبيض وأسود، ولا بين غني وفقير، ولا بين رجل وامرأة، بل أنها تسوق دعوتها للعالمين. وعليه فإن من أهم الفئات المستهدفة بالدعوة إلى الله: فئة الخدم والسائقين، فإن لهم من الاحتياجات المتعددة التي يحسن بالدعاة إلى الله العناية بها، وقد بين هذا البحث عدة مهام يجب القيام بها من أجل وصول الدعوة إليهم، وأولها تصحيح العقيدة، وتنقيتها مما يعتريها من بدع ومخالفات إن كانوا مسلمين، وتبيين الوجه الصحيح للعقيدة الإسلامية للخدم إن كانوا غير مسلمين. وثانيها تعليم الخدم والسائقين ما يحتاجونه من العلوم الشرعية في حياتهم اليومية؛ من أحكام العبادات وغيرها من المعاملات، وتوجيه النصيحة لهم برفق ولين وحكمة. وثالثها دعوتهم وحثهم على مراعاة الأمانة في العمل، وتبيين مدى أهميتها في تطييب الرزق، وتعويدهم على عفة النفس وغنى القلب. ورابعها التنبيه عليهم بضرورة استئذان هذه الفئات المستهدفة قبل الدخول على أهل البيت؛ حفاظا على خصوصياتهم. ويمتد ذلك إلى تفصيل بعض الأحكام المتعلقة بركوب السيارة وزيارة مكة المكرمة مع الخدم غير المسلمين. وخامسها أمر هذه الفئات بغض البصر، وعدم الاطلاع على العورات إلا لضرورة. وسادسها ضرورة الالتزام والوفاء بحقوق العمال من الخدم والسائقين. وسابعها الالتزام بأداء الحقوق الواجبة لهم؛ من إعطاء الأجرة المستحقة لهم، وحسن المعاملة معهم، وعدم تكليفهم ما لا يطيقون، وتوفير المكان الملائم لراحتهم، وتوفير الطعام والكساء والدواء لهم، والعفو عنه عند الخطأ. وقد تم التعرف على ما يتعلق بهذه المسائل مما ورد في الكتاب والسنة وفهمه سلف الأمة، سائلا الله عز وجل أن يرزقنا العلم النافع والعمل الصالح، وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.
Praise be to God, thank the thankful, and prayers and peace be upon the Prophet of the first two and others and his family and companions as a whole And after: For what was distinguished by the final Sharia that our Prophet Muhammad PBUH came to mean was to restore the conditions of man and his market to the worship of God Almighty, and to warn him against falling in a way that contradicts that, and for this reason, it does not differentiate in its call to the invitees between Arab and Ajami, nor between black and white, nor between the rich And the poor, and not between a man and a woman, but that it promotes its vocation to the worlds. Accordingly, among the most important groups targeted by the call to God: the category of servants and drivers, they have multiple needs that the advocates of God improve in caring for them, and this research has shown several tasks that must be done in order to reach the call to them, the first of which is to correct the doctrine, and purify it from its Heresy and irregularities if they are Muslims, and showing the true face of the Islamic doctrine of servants if they are not Muslims. The second is to teach servants and drivers what they need in the legal sciences in their daily lives, from the rulings of acts of worship and other transactions, and to advise them with kindness, flexibility and wisdom. The third is calling them and urging them to observe honesty at work, and to demonstrate the importance of it in perfuming the livelihood, and accustom them to self-chastity and the richness of the heart. The fourth is to warn them of the need to ask permission from these target groups before entering the household, in order to preserve their privacy. This extends to detailing some provisions relating to car rides and visiting Mecca with non-Muslim servants. The fifth is the matter of these groups regardless of sight, and not seeing the shame only if necessary. Sixth, it is necessary to adhere to and fulfill the rights of workers, including servants and drivers. The seventh is the commitment to perform the rights due to them; from giving the wages owed to them, good treatment with them, not entrusting them with what they cannot tolerate, providing the appropriate place for their comfort, providing food, clothing and medicine to them, and forgiving them when wrong. What was related to these issues has been identified from what was mentioned in the book and the Sunnah and its understanding of the ancestor of the nation, asking God Almighty to bless us with beneficial knowledge and good deeds, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions as a whole.
