المستخلص: منذ فجر التاريخ والأوبئة الفتاكة تعصف بالشعوب، وتفتك بالحضارات، مخلفة تداعيات خطيرة على البشرية جمعاء، فحصدت الملايين، وكانوا ينسبونها إلى أسباب عامة جهلا، دون البحث في تفاصيل وقوعها. ولقد عصفت الطواعين بالبشرية في العصور الإسلامية، فأبادت أعدادا كثيرة من البشر، كما حصل في طاعون عمواس، الذي قتل قرابة خمسة وعشرين ألفا كما ذكر أبو الحسن الروحي في كتابه بلغة الضرفاء، من بينهم أجلاء الصحابة، كأبي عبيدة ومعاذ بن جبل، وخربت الديار، وانتقص الناس، وكم من دول ضعفت جراء هذه الأوبئة الجارفة. وقد أرشدنا ديننا الحنيف كيف نتعامل مع هذه الأوبئة، ففي القرآن الكريم، والسنة النبوية من الأحكام ما يجعلنا في مأمن إذا أخذنا بهما، ففي القرآن ما ينهانا عن اقتراب موطن الأذى، كما في اعتزال النساء وقت المحيض، وفي السنة ما ينهانا عن الاقتراب من الأرض الموبوئة. وبين الباحثان كيف كانت النجاة من الطواعين باتباع التعاليم في القرآن والسنة، وتعامل الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم مع طاعون عمواس، وذلك أنموذج للتعامل مع كورونا المستجد.

Since the dawn of history, deadly pandemics devastated the humans, destroyed the civilizations, and lifted serious repercussions for all of humanity. These pandemics caused death for millions of people, and due to their ignorance, people were attributing the cause of these pandemics to public factors without searching for the real causes. Plagues had devastated the humans in the Islamic eras and annihilated a large number of people, as happened in the plague of Emmaus, which killed around thirty thousand persons, whom among them the companions of the Prophet, such as Abu Ubaidah and Mu’adh bin Jabal. In addition, plague of Emmaushad ruined these people’s lives and weekend the power, as well, many countries were weakened by similar sweeping pandemics. Our true religion has guided us to the manner of dealing with such pandemics. In the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah, there are provisions, if we apply them; they lead us to the safety. Similarly, the Qur’an includes some provisions that prevent us from approaching to the place of harm, as in the retirement of women at the time of menstruation. The Sunnah also prevents us from approaching to the infected areas. In this study, the researchers showed how deliverance of the plagues was by following the provisions of the holy Qur’an and Sunnah, as well, how did the companions, may Allah be pleased with them, dealt with the plague of Emmaus, as a model to deal with the new Coronavirus.
