|a ترمي هذه الدراسة إلى انتهاج استقراء تحليلي لتلك التقارير السنوية، التي تصدرها الهيئات الدولية والمنظمات الوطنية، والتي ترتكز على تقييم حصيلة أداء الاقتصاد الجزائري، على المستويين الكلي والجزئي على حد سواء، حيث تتباين وجهات النظر بين متفائلين براهن ومستقبل القطاعات الاقتصادية من ناحية، ومتشائمين يحكمون بالفشل الذريع للسياسات والخطط الإنمائية من جهة أخرى، وتستمد هذه الأوراق البحثية أهميتها من سياقها الزمني الذي جاءت فيه، لاسيما من زاوية حزمة الإصلاحات الهيكلية ذات الطابع الليبرالي.

|b The aim of this study was to adoption for the analysing reading of these annual reports, issued by international and national organizations, which are based on the evaluation of the outcome of the performance of the Algerian economy, the macro and micro levels alike. The point of views vary between optimistic by the present and the future of economic sectors from side, and the other opinion that they rule abject by the great fail for the policies and the development plans, these research papers take its importance for its Timeline, especially from the perspective of a package of structural reforms with the liberal character.

|d Le but de cette étude était d'adoption pour la lecture de l'analyse de ces rapports annuels, émis par des organisations internationales et nationales, qui sont fondés sur l'évaluation des résultats de la performance de l'économie algérienne, les niveaux macro et micro de même. Le point de vue varient entre optimiste par le présent et l'avenir des secteurs économiques d'un côté, et l'autre opinion qu'ils gouvernent abjecte par le grand échec pour les politiques et les plans de développement, ces documents de recherche prennent son importance pour son scénario, en particulier du point de vue d'un ensemble de réformes structurelles avec le caractère libéral.
