المستخلص: يسعى هذا البحث لتقديم مراجعات لقاعدة (التحلية والتخلية) برؤية قرآنية؛ ذلك أن (التحلية والتخلية) أساس لابد منه في بناء شخصية الفرد المسلم والأسرة المسلمة والمجتمع المسلم، كما يعد موجها لابد أن يكون حاضراً لدى رواد الخير لهذه الأمة ودعاتها ومصلحيها والقائمين على الشأن الإرشادي والتربوي والتعليمي والتثقيفي، كما يسعى لتحقيق جملة أهداف هي: 1-الوقوف على معالم فقه التحلية والتخلية وفق المنظور القرآني. 2-القيام بمراجعات لبعض ما علق بفقه التحلية والتخلية، وما شابه من معان مخالفة لصحيح العقل وصريح النقل. 3-تقرير وتأكيد معلمين من معالم فقه التحلية والتخلية برؤية قرآنية هما: الأول: أن المقصود بالذات وما يستحق الاهتمام هو (التحلية). الثاني: أن (التخلية) إنما تحصل بالتحلية ومعها لا تتقدمها أو تأتي قبلها. وقد اقتضت طبيعة هذه الدراسة البحثية أن تأتي في مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة كالآتي: المقدمة: وتضمنت أهمية دراسة الموضوع وأهدافه. التمهيد: وتضمن التعريف بالتحلية والتخلية، وأهمية فقه التحلية والتخلية، ومنزلته في القرآن الكريم. المبحث الأول: التحلية وهي الأهم والمقصود بالذات. المبحث الثاني: التخلية تحصل بالتحلية ومعها. خاتمة البحث: وتضمنت أهم نتائج البحث والتوصيات. يعد منهج الاستقراء عمدة في هذا البحث وذلك بتتبع النصوص القرآنية ذات الصلة بالموضوع ومن ثم تناولها بمنهجية التحليل بما يحقق أهداف البحث: وقد خلص الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج من ضمنها: التحلية هي الأهم وهي المقصود بالذات، ولكن شيوع المقالة المتقدمة دون ضوابط ونظرة إجمالية للباب جعل (التخلية) تزاحم بقوة مبدأ (التحلية). 2-(التخلية إنما تحصل بالتحلية ومعها) وهذه كما أنها حقيقة شرعية قرآنية فهي يقينية وجودية.

This research seeks to provide revisions to the rule of (Al-Tahlya and Al-Takhlya) with a Quranic vision. This is for (Al-Tahlya and Al-Takhlya) is an essential basis for building the personality of the individual Muslim, the Muslim family and the Muslim community. Additionally, it is a guide that must be present within the minds of the initiators for goodness in this nation, its preachers, reformers and those who are responsible of conducting religious guidance, educational and general awareness issues. It also seeks to achieve a number of objectives, which are: 1 - to know the features of Al-Tahlya and Al- Takhlya's jurisprudence according to the Quranic perspective. 2- To carry out reviews of some of what was attached to Al- Tahlya and Al-Takhlya's jurisprudence and what has appeared in some of its meanings that are contrary to the true mind and the explicitly of transfer. 3- Report and confirmation two features of Al-Tahlya and Al-Takhlya's jurisprudence in the view of the Holly Qur'an, which are: First: what is meant and what deserves attention is (Al-Tahlya). Second: (Al-Takhlya) occurs by Al-Tahlia and with it; it does not advance it nor precede it. The nature of this research study required it to consist of: an introduction, preface, two sections and a conclusion, as follows: Introduction: It included the importance of studying the subject and its objectives. Preface: It included the definition of (Al-Tahlya and Al-Takhlya), and the importance of the jurisprudence of Al-Tahlya and Al-Takhlya, and its status in the Holly Qur'an. The first section: Al-Tahlya is the most important and what is intended in particular. The second section: Al-Takhlya is obtained by Al-Tahlya and with it. Conclusion: It included the most important search results and its recommendations. Extrapolation is a main methodology that is applied in this research by following the Quranic texts related to the subject and then addressing them with the methodology of analysis in order to achieve the objectives of the research. Thus, The researcher has arrived to a number of results, including: 1- Al-Tahlya is the most important and what is intended in particular, but the prevalence of what is commonly said without regulations nor an overall view of the topic, made (Al-Takhlya) vigorously contending the principle of (Al-Tahlya). 2- (Al-Takhlya occurs by Al-Tahlya and with it) and This is also a legislative Quranic fact which is considered to be of an existential certainty.
