المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى التفكك الأسري، وأثره على الأبناء بمنطقة حوض الأشراف في محافظة تعز، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت الأداة في استبانة تكونت من (40) فقرة؛ تم توزيعها على عينة من الآباء والأبناء ذوي الأسر المفككة تكونت من (90) فردا، منهم (45) من الآباء، و(45) من الأبناء، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جميع الأسباب حصلت على متوسط كلي (2.24 من 3) بتقدير (متوسطة) فيما تراوحت متوسطات الفقرات بين (2.62 – 1.98) بتقديرات (كبيرة - متوسطة) وأهمها؛ وجود فارق كبير في العمر بين الزوجين؛ بمتوسط (2.62) ثم الحالة الاقتصادية المتردية في المجتمع اليمني؛ بمتوسط (2.61) وأخيرا؛ عدم الكفاءة بين الزوجين في العلم والنسب والمال بمتوسط (2.58)، كما أن آثار التفكك على الأبناء حصلت على متوسط كلي (2.21 من 3) بتقدير (متوسطة) وتراوحت متوسطات الفقرات بين (2.77- 1.71) بتقديرات للتأثير بين (كبير - متوسط)، وأهمها؛ ميل الأبناء للعنف والانخراط في الجماعات المتطرفة، بمتوسط (2.77)، ثم تولد الحقد والكراهية عند الأبناء ضد الأسرة والمجتمع ككل؛ بمتوسط (2.51) ونشوء جيل مستهتر بحقوقه وحقوق المجتمع عليه بمتوسط (2.48)، فيما لم تكشف الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة على مستوى الاستبانة ووجود فروق دالة في استجابتهم في ثلاث عبارات واحدة لصالح الوالدين وعبارتين لصالح الأبناء، واستنادا للنتائج أوصى الباحث ببناء منشآت لاستيعاب وتوعية الأبناء من ضحايا ظاهرة التفكك الأسري، وتنظيم برامج مكثفة لتوعية الأسر بالحقوق والواجبات الشرعية والأسرية والمجتمعية من خلال المدارس والجامعات ووسائل الإعلام المختلفة.

The study aimed to identify the causes that lead to family disintegration, and its impact on children in the basin al- Ashraf area in Taiz governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (40) items. It was distributed on a sample of fathers and sons with broken families consisting of (90) individuals, of whom (45) were fathers, and (45) were sons, and the results of the study showed that all causes obtained an overall average of (2.24 out of 3) with a rating of (medium) The mean paragraphs ranged between (2.62- 1.98) with (large- medium) estimates, the most important of which are: There is a big difference in age between spouses; With an average of (2.62), then the deteriorating economic situation in Yemeni society. Average (2.61) and finally; Inefficiency between spouses in knowledge, pedigree and money with an average (2.58), The effects of disintegration on children obtained an overall average (2.21 out of 3) with a (medium) rating, and the mean scores ranged between (2.77- 1.71) with estimates of the effect between (large- medium), the most important of which are: The children's tendency for violence and involvement in extremist groups, with an average of (2.77), then the hatred and hatred of the children against the family and society as a whole was born. With an average of (2.51) and the emergence of a generation neglectful of its rights and the rights of society on it with an average of (2.48), while the study did not reveal statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) between the responses of the sample members at the level of the questionnaire and the presence of significant differences in their response in three statements, one in favor of parents and two statements. For the benefit of children, Based on the results, the researcher recommended building facilities to accommodate and educate children who are victims of the phenomenon of family disintegration, and organizing intensive programs to educate families about legal, family and community rights and duties through schools, universities and various media.
