المستخلص: إن تنوع المفاهيم، المطبق على المواقع الجبلية غير المعروفة، يفترض، ضرورة، استنباط دلالات جيومورفولوجية خاصة بمستغلي هذه الأماكن. تمثل مائدة يوغرطة، على الحدود التونسية الجزائرية، موقعا متميزا لتطوير السياحة البيئية، الإقليمية والحدودية. في الجغرافيا الإقليمية لمنطقة الكاف، تعرف مائدة يوغرطة على أنها مجال محلي جاذب حيث تتميز إضافة إلى روعتها الطبوغرافية، بتفرد مكونات مشاهدها الكارستية، ارتباطها بالأسطورة القديمة للملك النوميدي يوغرطة وبالاستمرارية التاريخية لهذه المنطقة. في هذه المفاهيم الثلاث تتجلى أهمية هذا الموقع، المصنف مؤخرا ضمن لائحة التراث العالمي، كموقع متفرد قادر على خلق تجانس بين التراث الطبيعي والتراث الثقافي.

The diversity of concepts, applied to little known mountain sites, supposes, a fortiori, the manufacture of a relevant semiological reference of landscape geomorphology intended for the developers and the users of the places. The site chosen Jugurtha Table on the Tuniso-Algerian border, would be a favorite site that can strengthen the emergence of a regional and border cultural ecotourism. In the Kefoise regional geography (reference to the city of Kef), the Jugurtha Table, local attractive space, associated with its topographical splendor, the singularity of its exos and endos karst landscapes, the mythology of the ancient King Numid Jugurtha and the continuity of historical realities. In these three conceptual levels lies the relevance of this site as a World Heritage and its ability to reinforce spatial homogeneity between natural heritage and cultural heritage.

La diversité des concepts, appliquée à des sites montagnards peu connus, suppose, a fortiori, la fabrique d'un référentiel sémiologique pertinent de géomorphologie des paysages destiné aux développeurs et aux usagers des lieux. Le site retenu de la Table de Jugurtha, sur la frontière Tuniso-algérienne, constituerait un site de prédilection capable de renforcer l'émergence d’un écotourisme culturel régional et frontalier. Dans la géographie régionale kefoise (référence à la ville du Kef), la Table de Jugurtha, espace attractif local, adjoint à sa splendeur topographique, la singularité de ses exo et endos paysages karstiques, la mythologie du Roi antique Numide Jugurtha et la continuité des réalités historiques. Dans ces trois niveaux conceptuels réside la pertinence de ce site comme un patrimoine mondial et sa capacité de renforcer l’homogénéité spatiale entre les héritages naturels et héritages culturels.
