520 |a تعتبر قضية اللفظ والمعنى من القضايا الهامة التي أولاها علماء العرب عناية واهتماما منذ بداية الدراسات اللغوية، ولا يزال البحث في هذه القضية مستمرا إلى يومنا هذا؛ فظهرت أثر ذلك توجهات ونظريات حملت في طياتها آراء وأفكارا متنوعة، مست مجالات متنوعة كالفقه وأصول الفقه والتفسير والنحو والصرف والدلالة والبلاغة وعلم المعاجم...وغيرها من العلوم، ونتج عن هذا كم هائل من المصطلحات والمفاهيم تتزاوج وتتمازج فيها الدلالة مع علوم أخرى وتنوعت دلالات الألفاظ بتعدد العلوم والسياقات المتعددة التي ترد فيها، ومن هذه المصطلحات والمباحث مبحثا العموم والخصوص اللذان شغلا بشكل كبير فكر الأصوليين مما دفعهم إلى توظيف القرائن اللفظية والسياقية المتعلقة بهما الوصول إلى فهم النص وكذا استنباط الحكم الشرعي. إن مبحث العام والخاص يدرجه البعض تحت علم أصول الفقه، والبعض الآخر تحت علوم القرآن، وفريق ثالث تحت علم التفسير وبعضهم يدرجه تحت علم الكلام والدلالة والمنطق والفلسفة وهو ما أدى إلى تنوع الدراسات والمؤلفات في حقه. إن التعدد الوظيفي للعلوم يمكن أن يدخل في أكثر من حقل معرفي، فعلم أصول الفقه يشتمل على مباحث الألفاظ وجملة من علم الكلام والفلسفة وغيرها، وهكذا سائر العلوم، فلا غرو أن تنتظم علوم القرآن أبعاضا من معلومات وظفت في علوم أخرى، وذلك بالنسبة إلى ما يسمى بالعلوم المشتركة، وهي غير العلوم التي تكون من صميم القرآن، والتي يطلق عليها العلوم المنبثقة. ومن الذين أسهبوا في الحديث عن هذا الموضوع محمد الأمين الشنقيطي في مؤلفاته وخاصة كتابه تفسير (أضواء البيان) فما مفهوم كل من الخاص والعام عند الشنقيطي وما هي أقسام وصيغ كل منهما وما القواعد الأصولية التي تحدث عنها الشنقيطي التي لها علاقة بالموضوع؟ هذا ما ستجيب عنه هذه الورقة البحثية. 
520 |b The issue of pronunciation and meaning is one of the important issues that Arab scholars have given attention to since the beginning of linguistic studies, and the research on this issue continues to this day, and subsequent trends and theories have emerged that have brought with it various opinions and ideas, touching on various fields such as jurisprudence, jurisprudence, interpretation, grammar, drainage, eloquence and dictionary science. And other sciences, as a result of this, resulted in a huge amount of terminology and concepts that combine with other sciences and the diversity of semantics with the multiplicity of sciences and the multiple contexts in which they are contained, and these terms and investigations are examined by the general and in particular, which have greatly occupied the ideology of fundamentalists, which led them to employ the verbal and contextual clues related to them in order to reach the understanding of the text as well as the development of the legal provision. The public and private thesis is included by some under the science of jurisprudence, others under the sciences of the Quran, and a third team under the science of interpretation, some of which are listed under the science of speech, semantics, logic and philosophy, which has led to the diversity of studies and literature in his right. The functional multiplicity of sciences can enter into more than one field of knowledge, the principles of jurisprudence that include the investigations of words and a range of speech sciences, philosophy, etc., and so on, so it is not surprising that the sciences of the Quran are more likely to be organized from information employed in other sciences, for the so-called common sciences, which are not the sciences that are at the heart of the Quran, which are called pop-up sciences. What is the concept of both the private and the public at The Shangiti, what are the sections and formulas of each of them, and what are the fundamental rules that Al-Shangiti talked about that have something to do with the subject? That's what this paper will answer.
