|b This paper consists on a presentation of a collection of several articles, written by the late Mohamed Tahar Mansouri, concerning the relationship between Byzantium and Islam in the Middle Ages. By studying these relations, the author highlighted the multiple actors who changed according to their historical period. He also outlined the circulation of products and especially of slaves, and the mutual perceptions that have known specific shifts throughout the different periods of the Middle Ages.

|d Cette contribution consiste en une présentation d’un recueil d’articles écrits par le regretté Mohamed Tahar Mansouri, sur les relations byzantino- musulmanes au Moyen Âge. En étudiant ces relations, l’auteur a mis l’accent sur la pluralité des acteurs qui changeaient selon les périodes historiques, sur la circulation des produits, notamment les esclaves, et sur les perceptions mutuelles qui ont connu des évolutions notables au cours des différentes périodes du Moyen Âge.
