المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل تأثير تجمع دول بريكس (BRICS) والتي تشمل البرازيل (B) وروسيا الاتحادية (R) والهند (I) والصين (C) وجنوب إفريقيا (S) على النظام الاقتصادي الدولي خلال الفترة (2009- 2018)، وذلك من خلال التعرف على دوافع وأسباب وأهداف نشأة هذا التجمع وتطوره، وبيان مدى مساهمة تجمع دول بريكس في النظام الاقتصادي العالمي من خلال تحليل الأداء الاقتصادي الكلي للتجمع باستخدام بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية مثل الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، ومعدل النمو الاقتصادي، ومعدلات التضخم والبطالة، وإجمالي حجم الديون الخارجية، والاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، وإجمالي حجم التجارة الخارجية، والميزان التجاري وغيرها. هذا بجانب تحليل الأهداف والنتائج الاقتصادية المترتبة على مؤتمرات قمم التجمع (2009- 2018)، وبيان مدى إمكانية انضمام مصر لعضوية التجمع، ثم تحديد أهم المعوقات والتحديات التي تواجه تجمع دول بريكس، والجهود المبذولة من أجل تفادي أو الحد من تلك المعوقات والتحديات للحفاظ على قوة التجمع الاقتصادية والسياسية الدولية. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لظاهرة التكتلات الاقتصادية من خلال تحليل بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية لتجمع دول بريكس باستخدام أسلوب النسب الإحصائية. وتتمثل إشكالية البحث في الإجابة على التساؤل التالي: هل يستطيع تجمع دول (BRICS) إحداث تحول تدريجي في التوازن الاقتصادي العالمي من اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة إلى اقتصاديات الدول الصاعدة؟ وهل تتوافر لتجمع دول (BRICS) مقومات تشكيل نظام اقتصادي دولي جديد؟ وينبنى البحث على الفرضية التالية: يواجه تجمع دول بريكس معوقات وتحديات كبيرة قد تعوق أو تحد من إمكانية منافسته لدول الاقتصاديات التقليدية المعروفة. وأخيرا ينتهي البحث باستخلاص مجموعة من النتائج، واقتراح بعض التوصيات التي من شأنها دعم وتفعيل الشراكة والتعاون والتكامل بين تجمع دول (BRICS).

This research aims to analyze the impact of the BRICS grouping countries which includes Brazil, the Russian Federation, India, China and South Africa on the international economic system during the period (2009- 2018), through identify the motives, causes and objectives of the establishment and development of this grouping, and to clarify the contribution of the BRICS grouping in the global economic system, through analysis the macro-economic performance of the grouping countries using some macroeconomic indicators such as, GDP, economic growth rate, inflation and unemployment, and the total volume of external debt, foreign direct investment, and the total volume of foreign trade, balance of trade and others. This is in addition to analyze the economic goals and results of the summits conferences (2009- 2018), and the extent of the possibility of joining Egypt for membership of the grouping countries, then identify the most important obstacles and challenges facing the BRICS grouping countries, and the efforts in order to avoid or reduce these obstacles and challenges to maintain the international economic and political power of this grouping. The descriptive analytical approach to the phenomenon of economic blocs has been used through analyze some of the macroeconomic indicators of the BRICS grouping countries by using the method of statistical ratios. The research problem is to answer the following question:- Can the BRICS Grouping Creating a gradual transformation in the global economic balance from the economies of developed countries to the economies of emerging countries?, Is it available for the (BRICS) grouping countries the elements of formation a new international economic order? The research is based on the following hypothesis: The BRICS grouping countries faces major obstacles and challenges that may hinder or limit its competitiveness with the countries of the known traditional economies. Finally, the research ends with a set of results and suggest some recommendations that would support and activate the partnership, cooperation and integration between the BRICS grouping countries.
