هذه الدراسة بعنوان: أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية على الأداء الوظيفي، دراسة تطبيقية على جامعة الملك عبد العزيز، هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين (البرامج، والبنية التحتية) المستخدمة وبين (الالتزام بالعمل)، وكذلك معرفة العلاقة الارتباطية بين (البرامج، والبنية التحتية) المستخدمة وبين (سرعة إنجاز العمل) للموظفين، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدم الباحث الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات الأولية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين العاملين بجامعة المك عبد العزيز، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من المجتمع لإجراء الدراسة عليهم بلغ حجمها (182) موظف وموظفة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن هنالك التزام بالبرامج المستخدمة لدى الموظفين حيث أن: البرامج المستخدمة أثبتت فعاليتها في (الالتزام بالعمل)، (سرعة إنجاز العمل)، كذلك هنالك أثر واضح للبنية التحتية حيث تبين أن البنية التحتية المتوفرة في الجامعة تؤثر على مدى (التزام العاملين بالعمل)، (سرعة إنجاز العمل)، وقد أبرزت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة المحافظة على برامج النظم الحالية والمستخدمة في الجامعة والعمل على تطويرها وتحديثها، وضرورة الاهتمام من إدارة الجامعة بنظم المعلومات وتوفير الموارد الضرورية لإقامتها من خلال استيعاب أجهزة جديدة تساعد على إنجاز الأعمال في أسرع وقت وبأقل تكلفة، وضرورة أن تعمل إدارة الجامعة على تحديث البنية التحتية للجامعة حتى تساهم إيجابا في دعم أنظمة المعلومات الإدارية بالجامعة، وإيجاد وتعيين المتخصصين من ذوي الكفاءة والمؤهلين للعمل بمجال المعلومات وتطوير المهارات لدى القائمين على إدارة نظم المعلومات بالجامعة، واستخدام برامج حاسوبية متطورة بحيث تساهم إيجابا في التزام العاملين بأعمالهم بالجامعة وبالتالي زيادة معدلات أدائهم الوظيفي بشكل عام. وأخيرا أوصى الباحث بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المتعلقة بالموضوع وذلك لقلتها في البيئة المحلية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
The study aimed to identify knowledge of the relation between (software, infrastructure) used in the work and (commitment to work), also to knowledge the relation between (programs, infrastructure) used in the work and (speed of completion of work) for employees, to fulfill these objectives the descriptive analytical method is used in this study, where the researcher used the questionnaire to collect primary data through direct questions and inquiries, The study community is the staff working at King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, a simple random sample was chosen from the society to conduct the study is (182) person, the study concluded that there is a commitment to the programs used by the staff as the programs used have proved effective in (commitment to work), (speed of completion of work), there is also a clear impact on the infrastructure, where it was found that the infrastructure available at the university affects the extent of (commitment of employees to work), (speed of completion of work), the study recommendations that need to maintain the programs of the current systems used in the university and work to develop and modernize, and need to take care of the information systems and provide the necessary resources to establish them through the absorption of new devices that help to complete the work as quickly and at the lowest cost, and the need for the administration of the university to modernize the infrastructure of the university to contribute positively to support the administrative information systems at the university, and to provide qualified people specialists to work in the field of information and skills development among the administrators of information systems at the university, and to use advanced computer programs to contribute positively to the commitment of employees to work at the university to increase their overall performance in general, and finally the researcher recommended further studies on the subject in order to scarcity in the local environment in Saudi Arabia.
