المستخلص: تعتبر مدينة وادي لو من المدن الساحلية المتوسطية، التي تشهد دينامية مجالية منذ بداية الألفية الثالثة، وهو ما جعلها تحظى بصفات المدينة رغم السمات القروية (سكن، أنشطة...). وقد كان لوظيفة الاصطياف دور كبير في التحولات المجالية بها، الشيء الذي انعكس سلبا على أوضاعها البيئية وعلى تنظيمها المجالي. اعتمدنا في دراسة هذا الموضوع على المقاربة الجغرافية الشمولية القائمة على تشخيص المقومات المحلية لمدينة وادي لو، ورصد التحولات المجالية والاجتماعية، مع إبراز الانعكاسات البيئية والاجتماعية لهذه التحولات، حيث اتضح من خلال الدراسة الميدانية أن للاصطياف أثر واضح وجلي على المدينة سواء على المستوى المجالي من خلال توسع العمران على حساب الأراضي الزراعية، أو على المستوى البيئي من حيث ارتفاع حجم النفايات وخاصة الصلبة منها.

Oued Laou is one of the Mediterranean cities that experienced a spatial dynamic at the beginning of the third millennium. This dynamic has raised him to the rand of a city despite the rural aspects that characterize his geographical territory: habitat, activities, ... The summering function that this city assures to various social categories has played an important role in the changes that the space of the city undergoes. This has adverse effects on its ecological sit-uation and on its territorial organization. This subject will be approached from a global geographical approach based both on a diagnosis of the territory of the city of Oued Laou and on the identification of the spatial and social changes that have marked the evolution of this city. We will then take stock of the ecological and social repercussions of these changes. Indeed, the study that we conducted has located the effects of summering on the city of Oued Laou on two levels: • Spatially: extension of the city to the detriment of agricultural areas; • Ecologically: increased quantities of domestic waste, especially solid waste

Oued Laou est l’une des villes méditerranéennes qui ont connu une dynamique spatiale au début du troisième millénaire. Cette dynamique l’a hissé au rang d’une ville en dépit des as¬pects ruraux qui caractérisent son territoire géographique : habitat, activités, ... La fonction d’estivage que cette ville assure a joué un rôle important dans les mutations que subit l’espace de la ville. Cela a des effets néfastes sur sa situation écologique et sur son organisation spatiale. Ce sujet sera abordé à partir d’une approche géographique globale fondée à la fois sur un diagnostic des potentialités locales de la ville d’Oued Laou et sur le repérage des mutations spatiales et sociales qui ont marqué l’évolution de cette ville. Nous ferons ensuite un bilan des répercussions écologiques et sociales de ces mutations. En effet, l’étude que nous avons con¬duite a situé les effets de l’estivage sur la ville d’Oued Laou à deux niveaux : • Sur le plan spatial : extension de la ville au détriment des superficies agricoles ; • Sur le plan écologique : augmentation des quantités des déchets domestiques, en parti¬culier solides
