المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الأداء المؤسسي لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بالكليات المتوسطة في محافظات غزة في ضوء متطلبات الهندرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (149) عضو هيئة تدريس بالكليات المتوسطة، يمثلون نسبة (61%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة: 1. أن الدرجة الكلية لتقديرات عينة الدراسة لمستوى الأداء المؤسسي لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بالكليات المتوسطة بمحافظات غزة في ضوء متطلبات الهندرة؛ حصلت على وزن نسبي (83.71%) أي بدرجة كبيرة. بينما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة لمستوى الأداء المؤسسي لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بالكليات المتوسطة في ضوء متطلبات الهندرة تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، بينما وجدت فروق في مجال "التقويم"، تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وكانت الفروق لصالح حملة الدكتوراه. 2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى (الاتصال، الهيكل التنظيمي، التقويم) لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بالكليات المتوسطة في ضوء متطلبات الهندرة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، فيما وجود فروق بين ممن سنوات خدمتهم (أقل من 5 سنوات)، وممن سنوات خدمتهم (10 سنوات فأكثر) في مجال "الرقابة"، وكانت الفروق لصالح من سنوات خدمتهم أقل من 5 سنوات.

Fayez Alaswad The study aimed at The level of institutional performance among heads of a departments in community colleges in Gaza governorates in the light of Reengineering requirements from the point of view of faculty members, the study followed the descriptive approach in its analytical field, and the sample of the study was a random sample consisted of (149) faculty member from the middle faculties, represented 61% of the study population. The main findings of the study were: 1. The total score of the members of the study sample of the faculty members at The level of institutional performance among heads of a departments in community colleges in the light of Reengineering requirements obtained a relative weight (83.71%) that is a big score. 2. While there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the average estimation of the study sample of the faculty members at The level of institutional performance in the light of Reengineering requirements, due to sex and the scientific qualification. 3. Whereas there were differences in evaluation due to qualification and the differences are for PHD holders. 4. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean of estimation of the study sample members of the faculty members at the level (communication, organizational structure, evaluation) in light of the requirements of engineering attributable to the variable of years of service, while there were differences between the mean of the study sample estimation to those with less than 5 years of service and 10 years or more of service in the field of "control' and the differences were in favor to those with less than 5 years of service
