|a يهدف هذا الموضوع إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة التلوث الصناعي للبيئة الطبيعية في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة وتحليل مختلف الآليات القانونية التي تبناها المشرع الجزائري لمعالجة هذه الظاهرة والوقاية من أخطارها.\nحيث اعتمد المشرع الجزائري على عدة آليات قانونية، منها ما هو إداري، نظرا لما تتمتع به الإدارة من سلطات وامتيازات لتحقيق النفع العام، ومنها ما هو قضائي عن طريق تطبيق قواعد المسؤولية المختلفة على الصناعيين الملوثين للبيئة، غير أنه ورغم تعدد هذه الآليات، فإنها تبقى بحاجة إلى مزيد من الفعالية من أجل الحد من خطورة التلوث الصناعي.\n

|d Notre modeste recherche a pour but de mettre la lumière sur le phénomène de la pollution industrielle en Algérie, et ce, à travers l’étude et l’analyse des différents mécanismes juridiques mis en œuvre par le législateur algérien. Parmi ces mécanismes, il y’en a certains qui sont d’ordre administratif et au vue des nombreux pouvoirs et privilèges dont jouit l’administration algérienne cette dernière est à même de résoudre et de prévenir des dangers de ce phénomène. D’autres mécanismes sont d’ordre juridique à travers l’application des règles de responsabilité sur chaque industriel polluant la nature.\nCes nombreux mécanismes doivent être efficaces afin de limiter les dégâts de la pollution industrielle.\n

|f This topic aims to shed light on the phenomenon of industrial pollution of the natural environment in Algeria by studying and analyzing the various legal mechanisms adopted by the Algerian legislature to address this phenomenon and prevent its dangers.\nThe Algerian legislature has relied on several legal mechanisms, including administrative ones, in view of the powers and privileges enjoyed by the administration for the public benefit, and the judicial mechanism by applying different liability rules to environment-polluting industrialists. However, despite the multiplicity of these mechanisms, they still need to be more effective in order to reduce the risk of industrial pollution.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020
