المستخلص: ‏إن موجات التصعيد والعنف المتلاحقة التي يشهد العام آلمها، لاسيما العالمين العربي والإسلامي، قد ‎هددت أمنه،‏ ونازعت سلامته وعافيته، الأمر الذي جعل هذه الظاهرة من أهم الظواهر التي شغلت هذه الدول، وذلك نتيجة للنزاعات والصراعات بل الحروب باسم الدين أو الجنس أو العرق أو اللغة وما شابه ذلك؛ مما استدعى من العلماء والمفكرين والقانونين وغيرهم لبحث هذه الظاهرة، والتعرف على أسبابها ودوافعها وما ال عنها من عواقب، وتغليب لغة الحوار وصولا لطرق التفاهم والتعاون والتعايش السلمي، والتصدي لهذا الخطر الداهم؛ وصولا إلى حل حاسم للأزمة التي يمر بها العالم أجمع. ‏حث ظهر مصطلح "حوار الأديان" هو مصطلح قديم ولربما قدم الأديان نفسها، ولكنه اكتسب زخما كبيرا في العقود الأخيرة، لما شهده العالم من حروب وصدمات وخلافات عالمية ومحلية في العديد من الدول حصدت ويلات كثيرة، أسهمت في تفاقم مشكلات جوهرية كبرى التي ظلت تعاني منها الدول المتصارعة، مما أثار اهتمام المجتمع الدولي في تبنى الدعوات إلى حوار الأديان والحضارات أملا في الالتقاء على مبادئ موحدة وقواسم مشتركة بين أتباع مختلف الأديان والحضارات، لتكون كفيلة بفتح الطريق للتفاهم والتعاون والتعايش.

‎The successive waves of escalation and violence in which the world is witnessing its pain, especially the Arab and Islamic worlds, have threatened its security, and its safety and well-being have been contested, which made this phenomenon one of the most important phenomena that have occupied these countries, as a result of conflicts and conflicts, but wars in the name of religion, gender, race or language And the like, which required from scholars, thinkers, law and others to research this phenomenon, and to identify its causes and motives and the consequences thereof, and to prevail in the language of dialogue to reach ways of understanding, cooperation and peaceful coexistence, and to address this imminent danger, to reach a decisive solution to the crisis the world is going through Ajem. ‎When the term “interfaith dialogue” appeared, it 1s an old term and perhaps the religions themselves have advanced, but it has gained a lot of momentum in recent decades, as the world witnessed wars, shocks, and global and local disputes in many countries that reaped many calamities, which contributed to exacerbating major fundamental problems that have been suffering from them. The conflicting countries, which sparked the interest of the international community in adopting calls for dialogue of religions and civilizations in the hope of meeting common principles and common denominators between the followers of different religions and civilizations, to be able to open the way for understanding, cooperation and coexistence.
