It employs the modern achievement and is inspired by the data of the Arabic linguistic heritage, and the best example of this project Ahmed Al Mutawakkil, this Arabic linguist who indulged in the modern functional linguistic achievement, and exploring the depths of the data of the Arabic linguistic heritage, This led him to chart for himself a path in which he linked the data of the Arabic linguistic achievement, and the modern functional linguistic achievement, culminating in a theory towards the molding classes and towards the expanded functional discourse, where he was able to lay the foundations of functional Arabic linguistics, He described the format of Arabic linguistic communication, its channels and patterns, and reached the description and interpretation of the structure of the speech and its stereotypical variables in the Arabic language by extending the bridges of harmony between the Arabic grammatical given and the functional linguistic achievement, To what extent has Ahmed al-Mutawakkil been able to establish and establish Arabic functional linguistics?
