المستخلص: اللغة العربية وعاء الشريعة الحاضن لنصوصها، المؤثر في أحكامها، المظهر لمعانيها، الكاشف لمبانيها؛ فبقدر فهمنا وإحاطتنا بمعاني اللسان: مفرداته، وأساليبه، ومعهود خطابه؛ ينكشف لنا الشرع وتستبين لنا أحكامه؛ ومقاصده. وكلياته وأصوله وفروعه؛ فمن رام حيازة الشريعة بجميع مناحيها؛ فعليه استجماع علوم لسان العرب، بمعارفه المتنوعة: من نحو وتصريف وبيان ومعان وبديع وأدب: بشعره ونثره، ومن هنا جهد علماء الأصول كثيرا في استنطاق واستجماع المعاني الدلالية الواسعة للغة، المؤثرة في فهم النصوص الشرعية، وضمنوها الأصول، بل ربما زادوا على علماء اللغة تدقيقا في المعاني والألفاظ التي عليها قيام الحكم الشرعي، حتى دققوا في فهم أشياء من كلام العرب لم يصل إليها النحاة، ولا اللغويون كما يقول تقي الدين السبكي(ت756 ه)؛ فكثرت المباحث اللغوية في علم الأصول وتداخلت فيه فوجدنا أثر اللغة في الحدود والمصطلحات، وفي الأدلة والحجج والبراهين، وفي أصل المسائل والقواعد، وفي الترجيحات والاختيارات، ظاهر متمكن، طورا تكون مباحث لغوية غير ممتزجة بغيرها؛ كحروف المعاني، وأخرى مختلطة بالمباحث العقلية والشرعية؛ كالقياس والدلالات، بل لا تكاد مسألة من مسائل الأصول تخلو من أثر لغوي، ومن هنا اشترط علماء الأصول كافة: معرفة اللغة العربية، لبلوغ درجة الاجتهاد ومن لم يكن لما أهلا لا يجوز له الرقي على سلم الاجتهاد، ولا الوقوف على أعتابه ومنصاته؛ إمعانا وتأكيدا منهم على قوة أثر اللغة في دلالات معاني نصوص الوحي على الأحكام الشرعية، وكان من ضمن الاستدلالات التي جعلها الأصوليون أحد أصول استدلالاتهم الاحتجاج باللغة، وأقوى معاقد الاستدلال اللغوي: الاستدلال بإجماع أهل اللغة، ومعهود خطابهم؛ فأحببت إظهار هذا الاستدلال؛ إبرازا للشأو البعيد الذي بلغه علماء الأصول في تنوع الاستدلالات عامة، وتعدد الاستدلالات اللغوية خاصة؛ بعد استقراء لمظانه من كتب الأصول، مع تأصيل لأصل إجماع أهل اللغة من كتب أصول النحو المعتمدة عند النحاة.
