المستخلص: هذا البحث دراسة لقوله تعالي: ﴿وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا الْمُسْتَقْدِمِينَ مِنْكُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْنَا الْمُسْتَأْخِرِينَ"24"﴾ [الـحجر:24] مع تطبيق مناهج المفسرين حولها. - تناول البحث التقدم والتأخر في اللغة والقرآن. ومناسبة الآية لما قبلها، ونزولها، وإعرابها وفق قواعد اللغة ونحوها. - ناقش البحث سبب النزول الوارد في الآية، مع بيان ضعفه سندا ومتنا، الأمر الذي ينزه عن مثله صحابة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. - عرض البحث لأقوال السلف والمفسرين في معني المستقدمين والمستأخرين. - وازن البحث بين ترجيحات المفسرين في الآية مع اختيار القول الأنسب معنى وسياقا. - وقف البحث على أبرز اللطائف والهدايات المستنبطة من الآية الكريمة. - ختم البحث بخاتمة ظهرت فيها أبرز النتائج والتوصيات.

- This research is on verse (24), Chapter Al-Hijr as well as applying the Holy Quran Interpreters' methods in interpreting it. - The study tackled antecedence and tardiness in Arabic language and in the Holy Quran, and whether there is any connection between the Verse in question and the previous Verse and the cause of the revelation of the Verse, as well as the linguistic analysis of the Verse in accordance with the Arabic language principles and grammar. - The study discussed the reasons why the Verse was revealed and explained why it was considered as vulnerable both on narrators side and text aspect which is seen as too exalted for the Companions (of the Prophet Mohammed PBUH) to narrate. - The study also talked about the views of the predecessor scholars and interpreters about the meaning of "Almustqdimeen" the preceding ones and "Musta'khireen" the later ones. - The study balanced the weightings and likelihoods of the Interpreters' aims about the verse and choosing the most appropriate of them in meaning and context. - The study came to know about some of the subtleties and most pleasant guides derived from the noble verse. - The research was concluded by a conclusion in which the most prominent findings and recommendations were stated.
