يتعلق البحث بنوع من أبرز موضوعات علوم القرآن، وهو أسباب نزول القرآن. ويقوم البحث بعرض معالم أسباب النزول عند التابعين ومقدارها، ثم بيان حكمها، وكيف تعامل المفسرين معها، متبعا لها بدارسة لآيتين وردت فيها أسباب بزول عن التابعين. وخلص البحث: إلى أن للمفسرين أسس منهجية في قبول أو رد أسباب النزول عن التابعين. وقرر البحث: أن ما انفرد به التابعون، أو لم يصح في الآية إلا المروي عنهم لم يقبل إلا بضوابط ومن أبرزها: ووروده عن أكثر من تابعي، وقبول المفسرين له، وموافقته للسياق. وأخيرا: التأكيد على أهمية النظر في تعامل المفسرين مع أسباب النزول عن التابعين، بإعراضهم عن بعضها، وقبولهم واستدلالهم بالبعض الآخر، واعتبار السبب صريحا أو غير صريح، كل هذا بضوابط وقرائن أعملوها وطبقوها على المرويات، فلابد للباحث من اعتبارها، والقياس على مثلها، وأن الأحكام العامة بإسقاطها والتقليل منها بعيدة عن واقع التفسير.
The research is related to the most prominent topics of Quranic sciences, which are the reasons for the inspiration of the Holy Quran. The research shows the characteristics of the causes of the inspiration according to the Successors, then explains their provisions, and how the Interpreters dealt with them, following this by studying two verses in which the reasons for inspiration according to the Successors were mentioned. The research concluded that; the interpreters have a systematic basis for accepting or rejecting the reasons for inspiration according to the Successors , and that the general provisions whether in dropping them and reducing them are far from the reality of the interpretation. The research determined that; what the Successors mentioned individually, or what was not valid in the verse except with what was narrated by them, can only be accepted with controls; among the most prominent: mentioning it by more than one Successor, and its compatibility with the context. Finally, stressing on the importance of researching in the interpreters' dealings with the reasons for inspiration by Successors, by avoiding some of them, accepting and reasoning with others, and considering the reason, explicit or not, all of this with controls and evidence, they applied them to the narratives, as the researcher must take them into account, and apply the analogy as the same.
