|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان نماذج الإجرام الاحتلال الفرنسي على المؤسسات الدينية، ومدى الخراب الذي لحقها في هاته الفترة، إذ كان الاستعمار نقطة تحول في عمل تلك المؤسسات الوقفية في الجزائر، إضافة إلى إظهار أن جرائم الاستعمار لم تقتصر على التهجير والتنكيل والإبادة في حق السكان، بل توسعت إلى ابعد من ذلك فكانت الأوقاف كمؤسسة دينية شرعية عرضة لهذا الإجرام الممنهج عن طريق مجموعة من الصيغ كانت متمثلة في سن القوانين والمراسيم للقضاء عليها لما تمثله من قوة اجتماعية تكافلية بين أبناء الشعب الجزائري وما لها من دور في تمويل الثوار ضد الاستعمار الغاشم، لهذا كانت عرضة لأولى الاعتداءات مباشرة بعد دخول الجزائر.
