المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الصعوبات الإدارية والتنظيمية التي تواجه المرشدات الطلابيات في مدارس مدينة عرعر؛ ومعرفة الصعوبات المهنية والفنية المتعلقة بإدارة المدرسة والمعلمات؛ ومعرفة الصعوبات المهنية المتعلقة بالطالبات وأولياء الأمور. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المرشدات الطلابيات بإدارة التعليم بمدينة عرعر، ويبلغ عددهن (80) مرشدة طلابية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (25) من المرشدات الطلابيات بمدارس التعليم العام بمدينة عرعر. استخدمت الدراسة استبانة مكونة من ثلاثين فقرة، مصنفة في ثلاثة محاور، وهي (المعوقات الإدارية والتنظيمية، والمعوقات المهنية والفنية، والمعوقات المتعلقة بالطلاب وأولياء الأمور)، تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية المتمثلة في حساب عدد التكرارات والنسب المئوية. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى حصول العبارة "ضعف فاعلية المعايير التي يتم بموجبها اختيار مشرفات التوجيه والإرشاد"، على أعلى نسبة (76%). بينما العبارة "قلة عدد الزيارات الميدانية التي يقوم بها مشرفات لتوجيه والإرشاد للمدارس" قد حصلت على أقل نسبة (24%) في محور (المعوقات الإدارية والتنظيمية). وحصول العبارة "قلة أعداد المرشدات الطلابيات المتخصصات في مجال التوجيه والإرشاد في المدارس" على أعلى نسبة (52%)، بينما العبارة "قلة اهتمام المرشدات الطلابيات بتوجيهات مشرفات الإرشاد وملاحظاتهم" قد حصلت على أقل نسبة (28%) في محور (المعوقات المهنية والفنية). وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أيضا إلى حصول العبارة "انخفاض المستوى الثقافي والتعليمي لأولياء الأمور" على أعلى نسبة (44%). بينما العبارة "تدخل أولياء الأمور في شؤون المرشدة الطلابية في المدرسة" قد حصلت على أقل نسبة (8%) في محور (المعوقات المتعلقة بالطلاب وأولياء الأمور). وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة إجراء خطة رسمية منظمة لعملية الإرشاد والتوجيه.

The study aimed to know the administrative and organizational difficulties facing female student guides in the schools of the city of Arar; Knowing the professional and technical difficulties related to school administration and teachers; And knowing the professional difficulties related to the students and the parents. The descriptive method was used in this study. The study population consisted of female student guides at the Department of Education in Arar, and they numbered (80) student guides. The sample of the study consisted of (25) female student guides at public education schools in Arar. The study used a questionnaire, consisting of thirty paragraphs, classified in three axes, namely (administrative and organizational obstacles, professional and technical obstacles, and obstacles related to students and parents). Descriptive statistical methods were used, in calculating the number of iterations and percentages. The results of the study found that the phrase "weak effectiveness of the criteria according to which guidance and counseling supervisors are chosen" obtained the highest percentage (76%), while the phrase "the low number of field visits by guidance and counseling supervisors to schools" has obtained The lowest percentage (24%) in the (administrative and organizational obstacles) axis. And the phrase "the small number of female student guides in the field of guidance and counseling in schools" obtained the highest percentage (52%), while the phrase "the lack of interest of female student guides in the guidance and guidance of female supervisors" got the lowest percentage (28%) in the (Disabled) axis Professional and technical). The results of the study also revealed that the phrase "the low cultural and educational level of parents" received the highest percentage (44%). While the phrase "Parents' interference in the affairs of the student counselor in the school" has obtained the lowest percentage (8%) on the topic (Obstacles related to students and parents). The study recommends the necessity of conducting an organized formal plan for the mentoring process.
