|f The research aims to answer its central question: How much the level of respect for business ethics is affected by corporate governance? In answering the problem, we focused on data relating to 110 countries for the period from 2006 to 2015 (an average of 1100 views).\nRelying on the Panel models, the results of the research demonstrated that the efficiency of the board of directors, respect for property rights, preservation of the rights of small shareholders, and the strength of auditing standards on business ethics has a positive and significant impact if the mechanisms are studied separately. |a هدف البحث للإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي له والمتمثل في: ما مدى تأثر مستوى احترام أخلاقيات الأعمال بحوكمة الشركات؟ وقد ركزنا في الإجابة عن الإشكالية على معطيات تتعلق بــ 110 دولة للفترة الممتدة من 2006 إلى 2015 (بمعدل 1100 مشاهدة).\nبالاعتماد على نماذج بانل، أثبتت نتائج البحث وجود أثر إيجابي ذي دلالة معنوية لكل من كفاءة مجلس الإدارة، احترام حقوق الملكية، حفظ حقوق صغار المساهمين وقوة معايير التدقيق على أخلاقيات الأعمال إذا درست الآليات منفصلة. في حين تم تسجيل أثر إيجابي معنوي لكل من احترام حقوق الملكية وكذا حفظ حقوق صغار المساهمين إذا درست الآليات مجتمعة على أخلاقيات الأعمال طبعا.\n

|d Cette recherche essaie d’apporter une réponse sur la question suivante : quel est l’impact de la gouvernance des entreprises sur le niveau du respecte des éthiques d’affaires ? pour répondre à cette question, nous nous sommes basés sur des données de 110 pays au cours de la période s’étalant entre 2006 et 2015 (1100 observations). \nSur la base de l’application des modèles de Panel, les résultats de la recherche montrent qu’il y a un impact positif et significatif de l’efficacité du conseil d’administration, droits de propriété, droits des actionnaires minoritaires et du standards d’audit sur les éthiques des affaires, alors qu’il y a un impact positif et significatif du droits de propriété et droits des actionnaires minoritaires seulement au cas du modèle multiple (plusieurs variables).\n
