المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تطبيقات تربوية معاصرة لمفهوم الاستطاعة في مرحلة رياض الأطفال؛ من خلال: أخلاقيات المعلمة، وعناصر العملية التعليمية (الأهداف، والمنهج، والأنشطة، واستراتيجيات التدريس، والوسائل التعليمية، والتقويم)، بالإضافة إلى توضيح الدلالات التربوية لمفهوم الاستطاعة في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وفي ضوء التربية الإسلامية، وبيان الآثار التربوية المترتبة على تطبيق هذا المفهوم في مرحلة رياض الأطفال. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي (الاستنباطي)، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت لها ما يلي: أن مفهوم الاستطاعة في التربية الإسلامية قائم على تربية الإنسان وفقا لما وهبه الله من قدرة وطاقة؛ يدرك بها المفاهيم والحقائق والاتجاهات والقيم بما يمكنه من القيام بواجباته وفق منهج الله وسنة نبيه محمد. أن من أبعاد مفهوم الاستطاعة في التربية الإسلامية؛ مراعاة التدرج في عملية التعليم والتعلم، والانطلاق من نقطة معرفة قدرات المتعلم، والبدء معه بالأهم فالمهم، وأن للإنسان طاقة محدودة في العلم، والفهم، والحفظ، فينبغي تكليفه بحسب طاقته، فهو في ضوئها يمارس واجباته وتكليفاته ويشبع حاجاته. من أهم الآثار التربوية لتطبيق مفهوم الاستطاعة في مرحلة رياض الأطفال، تحقيق النضج المطلوب في شخصية الطفل، وتحقيق التوازن النفسي؛ وتعزيز ثقة الطفل في نفسه، وتطبيق مبدأ مراعاة الفروق الفردية. يتحقق الدور الإيجابي لمعلمة مرحلة رياض الأطفال في تطبيق مفهوم الاستطاعة؛ عندما تفهم قدرات الطفل ومعرفة أساليب تنمية هذه القدرات، وتمثل أخلاقيات المهنة في أداء عملها ومهامها الوظيفية. أن تكوين المفاهيم وتنميتها لدى الأطفال يجب أن يتم بطريقة هرمية متدرجة صحيحة، والابتعاد عن الحقائق التجريدية؛ مراعاة لإدراك الطفل القائم على الشيء المحسوس. أهمية ربط الخبرات التعليمية المقدمة للطفل بعضها ببعض أثناء عملية التقويم القبلي، والتقويم التكويني، والتقويم النهائي. مما يسهل عملية انتقال أثر التعلم ومساعدة الأطفال حسب قدراتهم على ربط الخبرات التعليمية بشكل متكامل.

The study aimed to provide some contemporary educational applications for the Concept of Capability (Al-Istita'ah) in the kindergarten stage through: Female-teacher's ethics, and elements of the educational process (goals, curriculum, activities, teaching strategies, educational aids, and evaluation), and to clarify the educational indications of the Concept of Capability in the Holy Quran, the Prophet's (PBUH) Sunnah and in the light of Islamic education, and to explain the educational effects of applying this concept in the kindergarten stage. The study used the deductive descriptive research method, and the most important results of the study are the following: The concept of capability in Islamic education is based on a person upbringing according to the ability and potential endowed to him by God, which by he/she understands concepts, facts, attitudes, and values with what enable him/her to carry out his/her duties in accordance with the way of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet Mohammed, may God bless him and grant him peace. One of the dimensions of the capability concept in Islamic education is taking into account that the teaching and learning processes are gradually implemented, beginning from the point of knowing the capabilities of the learner and starting from the most important then the important, and that the person has limited capacity in knowledge, understanding and memorization, so he/she should be assigned according to his capability, because in the light of it he exercises his duties and assignments and satisfies his needs. Among the most important educational effects of applying the concept of capability in the kindergarten stage is achieving the maturity required in the child's personality, and achieving psychological balance, enhancing the child's self-confidence and applying the principle of taking individual differences into consideration. The positive role of a kindergarten teacher in implementing the capability concept is achieved when she understands the child's abilities, knows the methods of developing these abilities, and reflects the ethics of the profession in the performance of her work and her job tasks. Forming and developing children's conceptions must be done in a hierarchical, graded and correct way, away from abstract facts in consideration of the child's tangible-thing-based awareness.
