المستخلص: تناول البحث موازنة لمنهج الإمامين البخاري ومسلم في «صحيحيهما» بدراسة تطبيقية تفصيلية لكتاب الأضاحي في «الصحيحين»؛ لما في الدراسة التطبيقية لمنهج الشيخين من فوائد جليلة منها معرفة طريقتهما في تصحيح الأحاديث وتعليلها، وفهم علم مصطلح الحديث بصورة تطبيقية، ومعرفة طريقة المحدثين في استنباط الأحكام والاستدلال بالنصوص.
وقد قمت بدراسة الصناعة الإسنادية للأحاديث التي أخرجها الشيخان في كتاب الأضاحي دراسة معمقة، وإيضاح منهجهما في رواية الحديث وبيان طرقه، وبيان مسلكهما في إخراج الحديث عن الرواة المتكلم فيهم، وبيان منهجهما في تعليل الإسناد بين التصريح والإشارة، وبيان منهجهما في إخراج الأحاديث المختلف فيها بين الوصل والإرسال، أو الرفع والوقف، أو الزيادة والنقصان، أو إبدال راو من الرواة، وقمت بدراسة الصناعة المتنية فقي الكتاب بإبراز منهجهما في إيراد المتن كاملا أو مختصرا أو مكررا، وأثر ذلك في الاستدلال على الأحكام واستنباطها من النصوص، وبيان منهجهما فقي التعامل مع الناسخ والمنسوخ، ومختلف الحديث.
وقد تناولت الدراسة بيان ما تميز به كل من صحيح البخاري وصحيح مسلم من العناية بالصناعة الفقهية من خلال تراجم الأبواب وآثار الصحابة والتابعين وأقوال العلماء عند الإمام البخاري، وعمل الإمام مسلم في جمع الروايات في مكان واحد والتفنن في سياقها وتحرير ألفاظها.


The research addressed the balancing of the approaches of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim in their "two authentic books" by carrying a detailed applied study of the "chapter of sacrifices" in the two books. Carrying an applied study on the approach of two shaikhs has great benefits, including the knowledge of their method in ruling a Hadith authentic and its justification and understanding the applied Hadith terminology science and the method of the Scholars of Hadith in deducing rulings and using the Quran and Hadith texts as proofs.
I studied the industry of the chain of narration of Hadith developed by the two Imams in the "book of sacrifice" deeply and clarified their approaches in the narration of Hadith and explanation of its methods.
I also mentioned their method of authenticating the Hadith narrated by those who have been disputed and explained their methodology in studying the chain of narration between apparent and reference.
I also explained their methodology in authenticating Ahadith that have been disputed between Hadith Mursal and Hadith Mausool, elevated and stopped, or the increase and decrease, or the replacement of any narrator.

I studied their methodology in the text by highlighting their approach to bringing the text completely, briefly, or repeated, and its impact on making rulings and deducing them from texts. I also mentioned their methodology of dealing with Nasikh and Mansookh (Abrogating and Abrogated ruling/text) and Mukhatalaf ul-Hadith (Contradicting Hadith).
The study then addressed the distinguishing attention paid by Sahih Muslim and Sahih Bukhari towards the jurisprudence by translating chapters, the traces of companions and those who followed them, and the statements of scholars by Imam Bukhari as well the work of Imam Muslim in compiling the narrations at one place, mentioning their contexts and editing their words.
