|a هذا بحث بعنوان «سماع حماد بن سلمة من عطاء بن السائب»، تسعى الباحثة من خلاله إلى تحقيق صحة سماع حماد بن سلمة من شيخه عطاء بن السائب، هل صح السماع منه قبل اختلاط شيخه عطاء بن السائب أم بعد اختلاطه؟، مع جمع لأقوال النقاد في هذه المسألة، وتحقيق أقوالهم ومحاولة الجمع بينها، ومن ثم تخريج لبعض مرويات حماد بن سلمة عن عطاء بن السائب في كتب السنة وسبرها والنظر في حالها. \nإضافة إلى ذكر حال الراوي وشيخه من حيث الجرح والتعديل. \nكما حوت الدراسة في التمهيد على تعريف الاختلاط، وبيان أسباب الاختلاط، مع ذكر أقسام الرواة الذين تغيروا بآخرة والتفريق بينهم وبين من حصل لهم الاختلاط في عمرهم، وحكم رواية المختلط عند المحدثين. \nوفي نهاية البحث توصلت الباحثة إلى تأييد من رجح القول بصحة سماع حماد بن سلمة من شيخه عطاء بن قبل الاختلاط، وعلى ضوء ذلك فيمكن القول بتصحيح حديث حماد بن سلمة عن شيخه عطاء بن السائب إذا انفرد في الرواية عنه، إلا أن يكون في السند أو المتن قرينة تستوجب رد الحديث أو تضعيفه. \n

|f This research is entitled "Hammad Bin Salma from Ata Bin Saib," through which the researcher seeks to check the authenticity of Hammad Bin Salma hearing (learning Hadith) from his teacher Ata' bin Saib. Is it authenticated that he heard Hadith from Hammad bin Salma before he suffered from confusion (in memory) or after the confusion? The study also collected the sayings of the critics on this issue, and verified their statements, and tried to bring them together. He then authenticated some narrations of Hammad bin Salamah from Ata' bin Saib in the Hadith books and examined them and looked in their case. The study also mentioned the status of the narrator and his teacher in terms of discrediting and accrediting. \nThe study, in its preface, contained the definition of "confusion," the reasons of confusion in addition to mentioning the types of narrators who changed later in their lives and differentiated between them and those suffered from confusion in their lives as well as the ruling on the narrator suffering from confusion by the scholars of Hadith. At the conclusion, the researcher endorsed those who favored the authenticity of hearing of Hammad bin Salma from his teacher Ata' before the confusion. In light of this, we can confirm authenticity of Hadith which Hammad bin Salma heard from his teacher Ata' bin Saib if he is the only narrator of that Hadith from him, provided that there is no reason in the chain of narration or the text that necessitates the nullification or weakening of Hadith. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020
