تتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في تفشي ظاهرة الغلو والتشدد في الأفكار والمعتقدات الأمر الذي يهدد الأمن الفكري للمجتمعات مما يؤدي للاختلاف وعدم الوحدة. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الأمن الفكري في تعزيز الوسطية والاعتدال في ظل ثورة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات. والتعرف على أهم المتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المساعدة على انتشار ظاهرة الغلو بما يهدد الأمن الفكري للمجتمع السعودي. وتنبع أهمية الدراسة من خلال الدور الرائد للأمن الفكري في محاربة الغزو الفكري وغلو الجماعات الإرهابية. وقد قامت الدراسة على اختبار (3) فرضيات رئيسة: هنالك علاقة بين تنوع مصادر المعرفة وانتشار ظاهرة الغلو مما يهدد الأمن الفكري للمجتمع في المملكة العربية السعودية. وأن هنالك علاقة بين الأوضاع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وانتشار ظاهرة الغلو مما يهدد الأمن الفكري للأفراد. وهنالك علاقة بين بين انتشار ظاهرة الغلو والتشدد الديني وزعزعت وحدة وتعاضد الأمة الإسلامية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار الفروض اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والاستقرائي من خلال الدراسات السابقة لتحديد المشكلة والأهمية والأهداف والنتائج. توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن تنوع مصادر المعرفة من إنترنت وتكنولوجيا الاتصالات والتواصل الاجتماعي ساهم في انتشار ثقافة الغلو والتشدد الديني مما يهدد الأمن الفكري في المملكة العربية السعودية. وأن الظروف الاجتماعية للفرد، وضعف التربية الأسرية من دوافع تبني ثقافة التعصب الفكري. كما أن الفقر والوضع الاقتصادي للفرد يلعب دور كبير في تصدع الأمن الفكري. وأن سوء توزيع الثروات يخلق تمييز بين فئات المجتمع مما يزيد الإحساس بالظلم والوقوع فريسة للجماعات المتطرفة. ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصل لها الباحث تعزيز دور الأمن الفكري ونشر الوعي لدى الأفراد بأهمية الأمن الفكري وحماية المعتقدات من الغلو والتشدد. تحصين المجتمع من الغزو الفكري عبر القنوات الفضائية والإنترنت من خطر الغلو والتعصب الديني.
The problem of the study is the spread of the phenomenon of intolerance in ideas and beliefs, which threatens the intellectual security of societies and the disputes and non- unity. The study aimed to highlight the role of intellectual security in promoting moderation in light of the revolution of information technology. And identify the most important social and economic variables help to spread the phenomenon of intolerance. The importance of the study stems from the pioneering role of intellectual security in combating intellectual invasion and the profanity of terrorist groups. The study examined (3) main hypotheses: There is a relationship between the diversity of knowledge sources and the spread of the phenomenon of intolerance, which threatens the intellectual security of Saudi society. There is a relationship between the social and economic conditions and the spread of the phenomenon of intolerance, which threatens the intellectual security of individuals. There is a relationship between the spread of the phenomenon of intolerance and religious extremism and destabilized the unity and solidarity of the Islamic nation. To achieve the objectives of the study and test hypotheses, the researcher adopted descriptive, analytical and inductive methods through previous studies to identify the problem and the objectives. The study reached a number of results the most important of which are: The diversity of sources of knowledge from the Internet, communication technology and social communication contributed to the spread of the culture of intolerance and religious extremism, which threatens intellectual security. The social conditions of the individual and the weakness of family, education are motivated the culture of intellectual intolerance. Poverty and the economic situation of the individual play a major role in the fragmentation of intellectual security. Poor distribution of wealth creates discrimination among groups of society, increasing the sense of injustice and motivated intolerance. One of the most important recommendations is to strengthen the role of intellectual security and to spread awareness among individuals about the importance of intellectual security and the protection of beliefs from intolerance.
