المستخلص: The research aims to improve teamwork among the 8th-grade students in Kuwait by designing a teaching module in art education using collaborative learning application skills. The study followed the descriptive approach in the analysis of studies and research as well as the quasi-experimental approach. The collaborative learning method was employed to improve teamwork among the research sample. The research tools included the form of arbitration of the extent to which the elements of planning the technical activity in the teaching unit were achieved, the main structure of the subject of the activity in light of the foundations of cooperative learning, the cooperative behaviors observation card for the research sample students in light of the elements of teamwork, in addition to a proficiency test to show the results of students in the technical aspect of the teaching module subject (see appendices). The research was limited to a random sample of 60 students of the eighth middle grade in Kuwait who were randomly selected from one of the schools affiliated to the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone. They were distributed to groups, control and experimental. Each group consisted of (30) students. In light of the research results, it was found that there is a great potential for designing a teaching module in art education (in the field of decorative design) using collaborative learning to improve teamwork among the 8th-grade intermediate students in Kuwait. This positive impact is represented by the skills of interpretation, application, generalization, and comparison. After analyzing the content, it was done to identify the skills associated with art education among the eighth-grade students in the State of Kuwait that conform to the cooperative learning style, which was put on the observation card. The impact of the teaching unit in art education (in the field of decorative designs) using collaborative learning to improve teamwork on the performance of the eighth-grade intermediate students in the State of Kuwait was significant and in favor of the experimental group. (See Appendix 8, Pre and Post Research Results of the Work Product of Study Sample Respondents). Using collaborative learning has provided students with the scientific concepts and facts related to decorative design realistically and tangibly, helping them understand these concepts. Members of the group were not reluctant to participate actively in interpretations and discussions, participated in the exchange of information, and commented on the opinions of others constructively, giving them other examples similar to the discussed decorative designs, etc.

هدف البحث إلى تحسين العمل الجماعي لدى طلاب الصف الثامن المتوسط بدولة الكويت من خلال تصميم وحدة تدريسية في التربية الفنية باستخدام مهارات تطبيق التعلم التعاوني. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في تحليل الدراسات والبحوث بالإضافة إلى المنهج شبه التجريبي، حيث تم توظيف أسلوب التعلم التعاوني لتحسين العمل الجماعي لدى أفراد عينة البحث. أما أدوات البحث فتمثلت في استمارة تحكيم مدى تحقق مقومات عناصر تخطيط النشاط الفني بالوحدة التدريسية، والبنية الرئيسية لموضوع النشاط في ضوء أسس التعلم التعاوني، وبطاقة ملاحظة السلوكيات التعاونية للطلاب عينة البحث في ضوء مقومات العمل الجماعي، بالإضافة لاختبار تحصيلي لتبيان نتائج الطلاب في الجانب الفني من موضوع الوحدة التدريسية (أنظر الملاحق). وقد اقتصر البحث على عينة عشوائية بواقع (60) طالب من طلاب الصف الثامن المتوسط بدولة الكويت اختيروا عشوائياً من إحدى المدارس التابعة لمنطقة مبارك الكبير التعليمية، ووزعوا على مجموعتين ضابطة وأخرى تجريبية وتكونت كل مجموعة من (30) طالباً. وقد تبين في ضوء نتائج البحث وجود امكانية كبيرة لتصميم وحد ة تدريسية في التربية الفنية (في مجال التصميمات الزخرفية) باستخدام التعلم التعاوني لتحسين العمل الجماعي لدى طلاب الصف الثامن المتوسط بدولة الكويت، حيث تمثل هذا التأثير الإيجابي في مهارات التفسير، والتطبيق والتعميم والمقارنة، وقد تم ذلك بعد تحليل المحتوى لتحديد المهارات المرتبطة بمادة التربية الفنية لدى طلاب الصف الثامن بدولة الكويت والتي تتناسب وأسلوب التعلم التعاوني، والتي وضعت في بطاقة الملاحظة كما جاء حجم تأثير الوحدة التدريسية في التربية الفنية (في مجال التصميمات الزخرفية) باستخدام التعلم التعاوني لتحسين العمل الجماعي على أداء طلاب الصف الثامن المتوسط بدولة الكويت كبيراً لصالح المجموعة التجريبية (أنظر ملحق - 8 نتائج البحث القبلية والبعدية لنتاج عمل أفراد عينة الدراسة)، حيث أن استخدام أسلوب التعلم التعاوني قدم للطلاب المفاهيم والحقائق العلمية المتعلقة بالتصميم الزخرفي بصورة واقعية وملموسة، مما ساعدهم على إدراك هذه المفاهيم، وعدم إحجام أفراد المجموعة عن الاشتراك الفعال في التفسيرات والمناقشات، واشتراكهم في تبادل المعلومات، وتعقيبهم على آراء الآخرين بنحو بناء، وضربهم لأمثلة أخرى مشابهة للتصاميم الزخرفية التي تم مناقشتها، وما إلى ذلك.
