المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقاييس قلق الاختبار والحساسية للثواب والعقاب، كما هدفت للتعرف على العلاقة بين قلق الاختبار والحساسية للثواب والعقاب لدى عينة من تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي، كذلك هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على الفروق وفق اختلاف متغير النوع (ذكور/ إناث) على قلق الاختبار والحساسية للثواب والعقاب، وقد أمكن تطبيق أدوات الدراسة على عينة من تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي وأمكن الحصول على العينة من بعض المدارس الرسمية والمتميزة للغات بمحافظة أسيوط حيث بلغ قوامها 329 (168 ذكر، 161 أنثى) وتراوحت أعمارهم بين 11- 12 عام بمتوسط عمري 6,11 عاما، وانحراف معياري 4,0 عاما، وأظهرت النتائج عن تمتع أدوات الدراسة بخصائص سيكومترية جيدة في البيئة المصرية لدى عينة الدراسة الحالية، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مقياس قلق الاختبار وكانت الفروق لصالح مجموعة الذكور، كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق جوهرية على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الحساسية للثواب والعقاب وبعدي الاندفاع والقيادة وكانت الفروق لصالح مجموعة الإناث في حين لم تكن هناك فروق جوهرية بين الذكور والإناث على بعدي الحساسية للعقاب والمكافأة للاستجابة كأحد أبعاد مقياس الحساسية للثواب والعقاب، وكما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الدرجة الكلية لقلق الاختبار بالدرجة الكلية للحساسية للثواب والعقاب وأبعادها الفرعية وهي (الحساسية للعقاب، الاندفاع، القيادة، مكافأة الاستجابة).

The aim of current study is to validating the psychometric caractreristics of test anxiety scale and sensitivity to reward and punishment scale, and aimed to define the relation between test anxiety and sensitivity to reward and punishment among sixth primary students, besides identify the differences according to the difference to gender (male/ female) on test anxiety and sensitivity to reward and punishment. The study tools applied to sample of sixth primary students and the sample was obtained from some public and distinguished language schools in Assiut governorate. Sample of the study consists of 329 (168 male / 161 female) their age range 11-12 (M= 11.6, SD = 0.4). Results of the study show that scales of the study have good psychometric properties in egyption society according to the sample. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences on the test anxiety scale and the differences were in the male orientation, The results also found that there were significant differences on the overall degree of sensitivity to the reward and punishment and the two factors impulsivity and drive and the differences in the direction of the female, While there were no significant differences between males and females on the sensitivity of punishment and reward responsitivity as another two factors of the sensitivity scale of reward and punishment, The results also showed a positive correlation between the total degree of test anxiety and the overall degree of sensitivity to reward and punishment and its sub-factors (sensitivity to punishment, impulsivity, drive, reward responsitivity).
