المستخلص: يهدف البحث بصفة رئيسية إلى دراسة العلاقة بين مهارات تفاوض الزوجة لإدارة الخلاف مع الزوج بأبعادها والكدر الزواجي بأبعاده والكشف عن الفروق بين الزوجات أفراد عينة البحث في مهارات التفاوض لإدارة الخلاف مع الزوج والكدر الزواجي تبعاً لمتغيرات عمل الزوجة للزوجة، مدة الزواج وقد استخدم لذلك أدوات الدراسة المقننة وهي استمارة البيانات العامة للزوجة واستبيان مهارات تفاوض الزوجة لإدارة الخلاف مع الزوج بأبعادها واستبيان الكدر الزواجي بأبعاده تم تطبيق أدوات البحث على (185) زوجة بمحافظة المنوفية منجبة ولديها طفل أو أكثر تم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية غرضية من ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات بمحافظة المنوفية ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة- واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وتم تفريغ البيانات وتصنيفها وتبويبها واستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS واستخدام المعاملات الإحصائية المناسبة وصولاً للنتائج التالية من أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة بين مهارات تفاوض الزوجة لإدارة الخلاف مع الزوج بأبعادها الكدر الزواجي بأبعاده عند مستوى معنوية 0.01 كما وجد فروق في مهارات تفاوض الزوجة لإدارة الخلاف مع الزوج تبعاً لعمل الزوجة لصالح الزوجات العاملات عند مستوى دلالة 0.01، كما وجد فروق في الكدر الزواجي تبعاً لعمل الزوجة لصالح الزوجات العاملات عند مستوى دلالة 0.01،كما وجد فروق في مهارات تفاوض الزوجة لإدارة الخلاف مع الزوج تبعاً لعدد سنوات الزواج لصالح عدد السنوات الأعلى من 10 سنوات فأكثر، كما وجد فروق في الكدر الزواجي تبعاً لعدد سنوات الزواج لصالح عدد السنوات الأقل أقل من 5 سنوات، لذلك توصي الباحثة عقد دورات تدريبية وبرامج إرشادية للمتزوجين والمقبلين على الزواج تنظمها الجهات المعنية والمهتمة بشئون الأسرة كمؤسسات الأسرة والطفولة لتنمية الوعي بمهارات التفاوض وتجنب الكدر الزواجي.

The main objective of the research is to study the relationship between the wife's negotiating skills to manage the dispute with the husband with its aspects (communication- persuasion- listening-controlling anger) and marital distress with its aspects (differences between the spouses-weak participation-aggression between the spouses), detect differences between wives members of the study sample in the negotiation skills to manage the dispute with the husband and marital distress depending on the variables of the wife's work and the duration of marriage. Standard study tools have been used for this including the Wife's General Data and the Wife's Negotiating Skills Questionnaire to manage the dispute with the husband with its aspects and of Marital Distress Questionnaire with its aspects. The research tools were applied to (125) wives in Menoufia Governorate with one or more children who were selected in a coincidental, intentional from working and non-working housewives in Menoufia Governorate and from different social and economic levels. The research followed the descriptive and analytical method, and the data was collected and classified. The SPSS statistical programme and the appropriate statistical treatments were used to reach the following results the most important of which: there is a significantly negative correlation between the wife's negotiating skills to manage the dispute with the husband with their aspects and marital distress with its aspects at significant level 0.01. There are also differences in the wife's negotiating skills to manage the dispute with the husband depending on the work of the wife in favour of working wives at significant level 0.01. Also, differences were found in marital distress according to the wife's work in favour of non-working wives at the level of significance 0.01. There are differences in the wife's negotiating skills to manage the dispute with the husband according to the number of years of marriage in favour of the number of years above 10 years and more. Differences were also found in marital distress according to the number of years of marriage in favour of the number of years less than 5 years. Therefore, the researcher recommends conducting training courses and guidance programmes for spouses and those who will marry organized by the concerned authorities and interested in family affairs such as family and childhood institutions to develop awareness of negotiation skills and avoiding marital distress.
