المستخلص: استهدف البحث إلقاء الضوء على واقع التعليم المصري الحالي، ثم عرض لبعض تجارب الدول المتقدمة في التعليم للاستفادة منها في التغلب علـى المشكلات التي تواجه مؤسسة التعليم والمجتمع المصري، ثم تقديم أهم دواعي تطوير التعليم المصري التي تتمثل في عدم الربط بين مؤسسات التعليم المصري والوزارات ومؤسسات المجتمع المختلفة (الخاصة -العامة) المتمثلة في "الشركات والمصانع والهيئات، ... وغيرها"، وهذا أدى إلى عدم الوفاء بمخرجات تعليمية تصلح للانخراط في سوق العمل، وكذلك ضعف التواصل واتساع الفجوة بين مؤسسات التعليم واحتياجات المجتمع، وهذا انعكس على التنمية الاقتصادية والصناعية والزراعية والتجارية... وغيرها، ثم تم توضيح أهمية التحاق الطلاب المتميزين بالتعليم التكنولوجي، بالإضافة إلى أهمية عمل شراكة بين مؤسسات التعليم ومؤسسات المجتمع، وكذلك تم وضع الأسس التي يقوم عليها نظام التعليم المقترح، ثم توصل الباحث إلى تقديم مخطط يوضح نظام التعليم المقترح لتطوير التعليم المصري من خلال مدارس ومعاهد وجامعات تكنولوجيا المستقبل التـي تعتمد على رغبات وإمكانيات وقدرات ومهارات الطلاب في الالتحاق بها وترتبط ارتباط مباشر بالتخصصات التي تحتاجها مؤسسات المجتمع المختلفة (الخاصة العامة)، بالإضافة إلى ذلك إلقاء الضوء على أهم مميزات مدارس ومعاهد وجامعات تكنولوجيا المستقبل المقترحة، وكذلك تم وضع مجموعة من الآليات الإجرائية التي تساعد على تطبيق نظام التعليم المصري، المقترح، من خلال إشراك جميع مؤسسات المجتمع في وضع سياسة تعليمية واضحة ومتكاملة لتحقق أهداف الأفراد والمجتمع، مع تقديم حزمة من القوانين والتشريعات والإجراءات اللازمة لتطبيق نظام التعليم التكنولوجي المقترح، وهذا سيسهم بشكل مباشر في تزويد الطلاب بالمعارف والمهارات التي تفتح لهم فرص عمل متنوعة في المجال الذي يرغبونه حسب إمكانياتهم وقدراتهم ومهاراتهم الفعلية، لإحداث تنمية متكاملة بالمجتمع المصري.

The researcher then came up with a blueprint showing the proposed education system for the development of Egyptian education Through future schools, institutes and universities that depend on their wishes and possibilities And the abilities and skills of students to enroll in them and are directly linked to the disciplines they need Different community institutions (private - public), in addition shed light on the most important The advantages of the proposed future schools, institutes and universities, as well as a set of Procedural mechanisms to help implement the proposed Egyptian education system, by involving all community institutions in policy development A clear and integrated education that achieves the goals of individuals and society, with a package of laws Legislation and procedures to implement the proposed technological education system, and this will contribute in a manner In providing students with the knowledge and skills that provide them with diverse jobs in the field Which they wish according to their abilities, abilities and actual skills, to integrated development events in society Egyptian.
