تفرد العقاد هو تفرد في المنهج والرؤية وغزارة المعلومات والمعطيات، وهو تفرد جعله يتنبه لدور الأرض في استجماع مقومات اللغة والعقيدة، حين لم ينسه مطمحه نحو الإجابة عن الاشكالات التي أثارها القرن العشرون عن شخصية ابراهيم وجودا وعدما، وعلاقته بالبيت العتيق إثباتا ونفيا، وعقيدته ومدى تأثيرها وتأثرها بالأسلاف والأعقاب سلبا وإيجابا.. لم ينسه كل ذلك استجماع مقومات هذه الارض الموسومة بالعربية كفضاء لانبعاث النبوات والرسالات على ملة الحنفية السمحة؛ لأن الحقيقة التي لا مرية فيها أن جل المصادر الدينية منها والتاريخية والأحافير أثبتت أن مسيرة إبراهيم كانت إلى الجنوب ومنه كان انطلاق دعوته التي لم ولن تكون مجرد دعوة دينية وحسب، بل هي فتح جديد في تاريخ العقائد. حيث عمل على توطين حقيقة ارتباط الخليل بذلك الفضاء المكي المقدس وتحلق العقيدة التوحيدية واللغة العربية بتفاعلات حركة الناس العرب حول هذا الفضاء.. ولم يقتصر العقاد في بحثه عن المراجع الإسلامية باعتبارها أصح وأوضح وأفصح خاصة النصوص القرآنية المتواترة سندا ومتنا، ولكنه اعتمد كل وسيلة حتى يقطع باليقين الذي لا يشوبه شك أن الذي ينفي وجود إبراهيم لا يستند الى حجج العلم، وإنما يريد إخفاء حقيقة واضحة وضوح الشمس. فتم للعقاد تفرده حينما ميز الدعوة الابراهيمية عن الدعوات السابقة منها واللاحقة بإضافة نوعية جعلت منها مرحلة مفصلية أثبتت وحدة المكان ووحدة الزمان ووحدة العقيدة فرفعت مكانة الإنسان في ميزان الخليقة.
