المستخلص: ترجع أهمية الدراسة إلى ما يشهده العالم الآن من تطور هائل في نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات وسعي المنشآت الدائم نحو الاستخدام الأمثل لكافة الموارد المتاحة، حيث يساعد نظم تخطيط موارد المنشآت على توفير التكامل بين جميع العمليات والأنشطة ودفع عجلة الابتكارات وزيادة جودة الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء ودعم الميزة التنافسية للمنشآت، وفى إطار ذلك هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر تطبيق نظم تخطيط موارد المنشأة Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) على قيمة المنظمة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد استمارة استبيان تضم مجموعة من العبارات تمثل متغيرات الدراسة، وذلك تمهيدا لاختبار فروض الدراسة باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، ولقد كانت أهم فروض الدراسة: "لا توجد علاقة معنوية بين أراء الفئات المستقصي منهم حول مفهوم وأهمية وخصائص نظم تخطيط موارد المنشأة (ERP) وقيمة المنظمة"، "لا توجد علاقة معنوية بين المنافع المترتبة على استخدام نظم تخطيط موارد المنشأة (ERP) وقيمة المنظمة"، وقد أسفرت تلك الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: تعتمد نجاح وجودة نظم تخطيط الموارد على ثقافة المنشأة ومدى دعم الإدارة العليا واقتناع العاملين بأهمية تطبيق نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والضغوط التنافسية التي تتعرض لها المنشأة، ومدى توافق تلك النظم مع احتياجاتها، وحجم المنشأة وعدد العاملين بها وهيكل ملكيتها، وكفاءة موردي الأنظمة، والخبرات الاستشارية، تعمل النظم الإلكترونية لتخطيط موارد المنشأة على توفير العديد من عناصر النجاح لمنشآت الأعمال، الأمر الذي يترتب عليه تحقيق مكانة تنافسية متقدمة مما يساهم في دعم قيمة المنظمة، وفى النهاية أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات لعل أهمها: ضرورة العمل على توضيح مفهوم وأهمية وخصائص نظام تخطيط موارد المنشأة بشكل أكبر، وتوضيح أوجه الاستفادة منه لكافة الأطراف ذات الصلة للحصول على النتائج المرجوة والمتوقعة من تطبيقه، مما يزيد من قيمة المنظمة.

The importance of the study is due to the tremendous development in the information technology systems and the permanent endeavors of the enterprises towards the optimal use of all available resources, as the enterprise resource planning systems help to provide integration between all operations and activities, advance innovation and increase the quality of services provided to customers and support the competitive advantage of the facilities In the context of this, the study aimed to assess the impact of the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on the value of the organization, and to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire that includes a set of phrases representing the study variables, in preparation for testing the hypotheses of the study with Using a set of appropriate statistical methods, and the most important hypotheses of the study were: "There is no significant relationship between the opinions of the groups surveyed about the concept, importance and characteristics of the enterprise resource planning systems (ERP) and the value of the organization", "There is no significant relationship between the benefits of using planning systems Enterprise Resources (ERP) and the value of the organization", This study resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are: the success and quality of resource planning systems depend on the enterprise culture and the extent of support to senior management and employees' conviction of the importance of applying information technology systems, competitive pressure to which the enterprise is exposed, and the extent of compatibility Those systems with Its needs, the size of the facility, the number of employees, the ownership structure, the efficiency of systems suppliers, and consulting expertise. Electronic systems for enterprise resource planning provide many elements of success for business enterprises, which results in achieving an advanced competitive position which contributes to supporting the value of the organization, and in the end recommended The researcher has a set of recommendations, perhaps the most important of them: the need to work to clarify the concept, importance and characteristics of the enterprise resource planning system further, and to clarify the benefits from it to all relevant parties to obtain the desired and expected results from its application, which increases the value of the organization.
