المستخلص: تهدف إلى التحقق من أن أنظمة "تخطيط وإدارة الموارد" تحقق مطلوبات الجودة والتميز وتساعد على إيجاد عمليات وإجراءات ذات جودة عالية ويمكن قياسها وتحسينها باستمرار، وأن تطبيق نظام ERP (أو حوسبة العمليات) يساعد في النجاح في تطبيق إجراءات العمل وتحسينها. وبالتالي فإنه يساعد في النجاح في تطبيق النظم القياسية في الجودة والتميز، كما نهدف أيضا إلى التحقق من أن ثقافة العمل أو الثقافة التنظيمية تشكل أحد أهم التحديات التي تواجه مشروعات تطبيق الأنظمة القياسية. والدراسة هي دراسة حالة فردية نوعية استكشافية (quantitative single case study exploratory) تمت في مركز النيل للأبحاث التقنية، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على منهجية التحليل الكمي والنوعي باعتباره أنسب المنهجيات لإجراء مثل هذه الدراسة ولذلك لملائمته لطبيعة المشكلة، وقد استخدمت استبانة ومقابلات لجمع المعلومات والتحقق من فرضيات وتحقيق نتائج هذه الدراسة. وتم توزيع الاستبانة على عدد (50) موظف وقد شارك بملء الاستبانة عدد (40) موظف في الدرجات الوظيفية المختلفة، تحققت الدراسة من الفرضيات الرئيسية وأكدت أن استخدام "نظام تخطيط وإدارة موارد المؤسسة ERP" يحقق كل مطلوبات النظم الجيدة والمتميزة ويعتبر، وأن نظام ERP يعتبر منهجية فعالة تمكن المؤسسة من تخطيط وإدارة وضبط مواردها وتحقيق رؤيتها وأهدافها الاستراتيجية، وأنه يدعم ويساعد في تطبيق المواصفات والمعايير القياسية في الجودة والتميز، وأوصت الدراسة على أهمية تطبيق نظام "تخطيط وإدارة الموارد" والاهتمام بتحسين ونشر الثقافة التنظيمية ورعاية قادة المؤسسات لمشروعات تطبيق النظم القياسية.

This study aims to verify that "Enterprise Resource Planning "ERP systems fulfill the requirements of quality and excellence and help to find processes and procedures of high quality that can be measured and improved continuously, and that the implementation of the ERP system (or computerization of processes) helps in the success in applying and improving business procedures. Consequently, it helps in the success in applying standard systems in quality and distinction, and we also aim to verify that the organizational culture is one of the most important challenges facing projects of applying standard systems. The study is exploratory quantitative single case study. It was carried out at the Nile Center for Technical Research. This study relied on the methodology of quantitative and qualitative analysis as the most appropriate methodologies for conducting such a study and therefore its suitability to the nature of the problem. and a questionnaire and interviews were used to collect information and verify the hypotheses and achieve the results of this study. With number of (50) employees and number of (40) employees participated in completing the questionnaire in the different organization levels. the study verified the main assumptions and confirmed that the use of "ERP system" fulfills all the requirements of good and distinguished systems and is considered, and that the ERP system It is considered an effective methodology that enables the institution to plan, manage and control its resources and achieve its vision and strategic goals, and that it supports and helps in implementing standards and standards in quality and excellence, and the study recommended the importance of applying the "planning and management of resources" system and attention to improving and disseminating organizational culture and caring for institutional leaders For application projects Standard systems.
