المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى وضع معايير الاستدامة في إدارة المنشآت الرياضية والشبابية في جمهورية مصر العربية من خلال المحاور التالية: - 1-الجهود الدولية في مجال استدامة المنشآت الرياضية والشبابية. 2-عرض التحليل المرجعي للدراسات والبحوث التي تناولت مجال المنشآت الرياضية والشبابية من (1996) حتى نهاية (2019). 3-التوصل إلى مصفوفة معايير مقترحة لاستدامة المنشآت الرياضية والشبابية بجمهورية مصر العربية. اعتمدت المنهجية العلمية للبحث على منهج التحليل الفلسفي التحليلي والوصفي وتضمن التحليل المرجعي لعدد (109) دراسة خلال الفترة من (1996) حتى نهاية (2019)، وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من معايير الاستدامة في إدارة المنشآت الرياضية والشبابية بجمهورية مصر العربية تتمثل في: - 1- معايير الموقع المستدام في المنشآت الرياضية والشبابية. 2- معايير الحفاظ على الطاقة. 3- معايير الحفاظ على المياه. 4- معايير كفاءة البيئة الداخلية والجودة الوظيفية للمنشأة (التهوية – الإضاءة – النفايات -النقل). 5- معايير إدارة المواد والموارد.

The research aims to set sustainability standards in management of sports and youth facilities in the Arab Republic of Egypt through the following axes: - 1. Addressing international efforts in the field of sustainability of sports and youth facilities. 2. Presenting the reference analysis of studies and research that dealt with the field of sports and youth facilities from (1996) until the end of (2019). 3. A matrix of proposed standards for the sustainability of sports and youth facilities in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The scientific method was based on the analytical and descriptive analysis method, and it included the reference analysis of (109) studies during the period from (1996) to the end of (2019). The scientific methodology of the research was based on the analytical and descriptive analysis method, and the reference analysis included (108) studies during the period from (1996) to the end of (2019), and the researcher reached a set of sustainability criteria in the management of sports and youth facilities in the Arab Republic of Egypt represented in:- 1. Standards for a sustainable site in sports and youth facilities. 2. Energy conservation standards. 3. Standards for water conservation. 4. Efficiency standards for the internal environment and the facility's functional quality (ventilation, lighting, waste, transportation). 5. Material and resource management standards.
