المستخلص: Based on the theory of uses and satisfactions, which is interested in studying the extent of the use of modern means of communication by the masses and the consequences of saturating their desires and performing them a set of functions related to their motivations and needs to achieve more social communication, it was necessary to reveal the manifestations of Transformations related to digital technology and clarifying the attitudes and attitudes of some social groups as well as to keep up with the ways of receiving and understanding the contents and semantics of ideas and values that ripple in the web and its impact on attitudes, behaviors and social relations, especially in the middle The study aims to reveal the relationship between digital technology and youth culture, and to identify the positive and negative effects of digital technology on the culture of university youth in particular. The study adopted both quantitative and quantitative methods of data analysis with its many approaches, the most important of which is the anthropological approach with its various tools such as observation and interview, and strives to integrate them and employ them during the collection, analysis and interpretation of data. One of the most important results of the study is the increase driven by young people towards the use of digital technology of all kinds as well as their lack of knowledge of the standards of correct and acceptable behavior associated with the use of technology, which in turn reflects negatively on them. Negative effects on the social and cultural levels and in particular on the culture of young people we find the spread of values of appearance and pride and associated patterns of behavior that increase the severity of class and social differences, establishing relationships with people of unknown proportions, which affects social and national security, influence Negative on the Arabic language and writing it in foreign letters and abbreviating its words to letters which threatens our cultural identity, as well as the emergence of new types of crimes, which threaten the security of the individual, group and society, the most prominent of these crimes (violation of privacy- theft of personal data- installation of images- viruses Haditha) to threaten the security of society with digital terrorism

انطلاقا من نظرية الاستخدامات والإشباعات والتي تهتم بدراسة مدى استخدام الجماهير لوسائل الاتصال الحديثة وما يترتب عليها من نتائج تشبع رغباتهم وتؤدي لهم مجموعة من الوظائف المتصلة بدوافعهم وحاجاتهم لتحقيق مزيد من التواصل الاجتماعي، فكان من الضروري الكشف عن مظاهر التحولات المتعلقة بالتكنولوجيا الرقمية واستجلاء توجهات ومواقف بعض الفئات الاجتماعية كما يتعين مواكبة طرق استقبال وفهم مضامين ودلالات الأفكار والقيم التي تموج في الشبكة العنكبوتية وتأثيرها على المواقف والسلوكيات والعلاقات الاجتماعية ولاسيما في أواسط الشباب، فجيل الشباب هو الأكثر تفاعلا مع هذه الأدوات وتأثرا بها، وتهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التكنولوجيا الرقمية وثقافة الشباب، والوقوف على التأثيرات الإيجابية والسلبية للتكنولوجيا الرقمية على ثقافة الشباب الجامعي بصفة خاصة. فقد تبنت الدراسة كلا من الأسلوبين الكمي والكيفي لتحليل البيانات بما يتضمنه من مناهج متعددة أهمها المنهج الأنثروبولوجي بأدواته المختلفة مثل الملاحظة والمقابلة، وتسعى جاهدة إلى الدمج بينهما وتوظيفهما أثناء جمع البيانات وتحليلها وتفسيرها. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة زيادة توجه الشباب نحو استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية بمختلف أنواعها فضلا عن عدم إلمامهم بمعايير السلوك الصحيح والمقبول المرتبط باستخدام التكنولوجيا مما ينعكس بدوره سلبا عليهم. كذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى ظهور العديد من المخاطر الرقمية التي كان لها تأثيرات سلبية على الصعيدين الاجتماعي والثقافي وبصفة خاصة على ثقافة الشباب فنجد انتشار قيم المظهرية والتفاخرية وما يرتبط بها من أنماط سلوكية تزيد من حدة الفروق الطبقية والاجتماعية، إقامة علاقات مع أشخاص مجهولين النسب مما يؤثر على الأمن الاجتماعي والقومي، التأثير السلبي على اللغة العربية وكتابتها بحروف أجنبية واختصار كلماتها إلى حروف الأمر الذي يهدد هويتنا الثقافية، كذلك ظهور أنواع جديدة من الجرائم مما يهدد أمن الفرد والجماعة والمجتمع ومن أبرز هذه الجرائم (انتهاك الخصوصية- سرقة البيانات الشخصية- تركيب الصور- الفيروسات الحديثة) وصولا إلى تهديد أمن المجتمع بالإرهاب الرقمي.
