المستخلص: This study aims at investigating the combination and overlaps of literary genres in the biography presented in the book (A Biography That Is Similar to Me) by the Emirati poet Karim Ma'touq. This is considered one of the critical issues that cause hardship and difficulty for critics. The autobiography contains some of the characteristics of other narrative genres, and this requires knowledge and familiarity of the characteristics of each literary genre separately. It also requires researching the most important aspects of the artistic structure of this biography in which poetry and prose are harmonically mixed, and where imagination and reality are synchronized. The study has led to a number of conclusions. Most importantly, it has led to the fact that Kareem Ma'touq considers the autobiography an open literary text to other literary genres, especially poetry that enriched it and deepened its existence. Being a poetic autobiography, it could break the literal and historical documentary nature of the biography, in order to provide a poetic biography that has a delicate balance between the poetical subject and the predicates of memory. The strong presence of poetry in Kareem Ma'touq's biography has given the chance to imagination to play an interesting role. This has led to sometimes change the biography from the principle of congruence between the writer and his biography to the area of metaphor, allegory, and imagination to arouse the reader's imagination and expectations. Ma'touq's experience in writing novels has been reflected on his literary biography and using narration instead. This has made him benefit from the voids and basic elements of the novel while writing the autobiography, considering the difference in the structure of each element in both.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في أوجه التداخل بين الأجناس الأدبية في السيرة الذاتية من خلال كتاب (سيرة ذاتية تشبهني) للشاعر الإماراتي كريم معتوق، هذا التداخل الذي يعد من القضايا النقدية الشاقة على النقاد؛ إذ تمتاح السيرة الذاتية من خصائص وأساليب الأجناس السردية الأخرى، وهذا يستوجب الإلمام بخصائص كل جنس أدبي على حدة، والبحث في أهم جوانب البناء الفني لهذه السيرة التي يتمازج فيها الشعر والنثر، ويتماهى فيها الخيال مع الحقيقة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: السيرة الذاتية عند كريم معتوق نص أدبي مفتوح على الأجناس الأدبية الأخرى، وخصوصا الشعر الذي أثراها وعمق من وجودها، كونها سيرة ذاتية شعرية، كسرت الطبيعة الحرفية والتاريخية الوثائقية للسيرة الذاتية؛ لكي تقدم سيرة للشعر فيها موازنة دقيقة بين الذات الشاعرة ومحمولات الذاكرة. أن الحضور القوي للشعر في سيرة كريم معتوق أفسح المجال للخيال أن يؤدي دورا ممتعا، فأخرج السيرة أحيانا من مبدأ التطابق بين الكاتب وسيرته، وأدخلها في منطقة المجاز والتخيل؛ ليثير خيال القارئ وتوقعاته. أن خبرة معتوق في كتابة الرواية انعكست على كتابته للسيرة الأدبية، في هروبه إلى السرد فاستفاد من فضاءات الرواية وعناصرها الأساسية في كتابته للسيرة الذاتية، مع الاختلاف في بنية كل عنصر في السيرة عنها في الرواية.
