|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر كفاءة منظومة التدريب الإداري على رضاء المتدربين العاملين في البلديات بالمملكة العربية السعودية بالتطبيق على أمانة منطقة القصيم، ويشتمل مجتمع الدراسة على المتدربين في البلديات بالمملكة العربية السعودية بشكل عام وأمانة منطقة القصيم بشكل خاص. ولقد تم أخذ عينة ملائمة من 500 شخص لتوزيع استبانة الدراسة عليهم، والسبب في أخذ هذه العينة هو سهولة الوصول إليها وتوزيع استمارة الدراسة على أفرادها الذكور.\nولقد تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها:\n1- تم التوصل إلى أنه يوجد تأثير لكفاءة منظومة التدريب الإداري على رضاء المتدربين العاملين في البلديات بالمملكة العربية السعودية.\n2- تحدد أمانة منطقة القصيم الاحتياجات التدريبية بناء على توصيف الوظائف، كما تحرص الإدارة على تلبية جميع احتياجات المتدربين لرفع مستوى رضاهم عن الدورة.\n3- يوجد تأثير لكفاءة منظومة التدريب الإداري على رضاء المتدربين العاملين في البلديات بالمملكة العربية السعودية.\n4- يوجد موافقة على التأثير الإيجابي للهيكل التنظيمي للاختصاصات على منظومة التدريب الإداري في أمانة منطقة القصيم.\n

|f This study aimed to measure the impact of the administrative training system's efficiency on the satisfaction of trainees working in municipalities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by applying to the secretariat of the Qassim municipality. The study community includes trainees in municipalities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general and the Qassim Region municipality in particular. The study has taken an appropriate sample of 500 people to distribute the survey questionnaire to them. The reason for choosing this sample was the easy accessibility and distribution of the study forms to their male members.\nSeveral conclusions have been reached, most notably:\n1. It was found that there is an impact of the administrative training system's efficiency on the satisfaction of trainees working in municipalities in Saudi Arabia.\n2. Qassim Municipality determines training needs based on job descriptions. The management is keen to meet all the needs of trainees to raise their level of satisfaction with the course.\n3. The administrative training system's efficiency has an impact on the satisfaction of trainees working in municipalities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.\n4. There is agreement on the positive impact of the organizational structure of competencies on the Qassim Municipality's administrative training system.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020
