المستخلص: The main issue of the current study is in identifying the contributions of direct information programs and raising awareness of the dangers of informal illegal immigration. The objectives of the study were to identify the causes of informal illegal immigration, to determine the programs provided by the media centers in raising awareness of the dangers of informal illegal immigration, its definition and to identify its difficulties. Also among the aims of the study is to present a number of proposals to activate the contributions of direct media programs in raising awareness of the risks of informal illegal immigration, and to reach a proposed planning concept to activate these programs. The current study is descriptive study. The current study relies on the social survey method. The study was applied to a number of 5 media centers affiliated with the State Information Service in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. The data collection tools consisted of: a questionnaire for beneficiaries about the contributions of direct media programs in raising awareness of the risks of informal illegal immigration, and a questionnaire for officials about the contributions of direct media programs in raising awareness of the risks of informal illegal immigration. Among the most important results of the study: 1- Acceptance of the first hypothesis of the study, which leads to : it is expected that the level of informal illegal immigration reasons will be high. 2- Acceptance of the second hypothesis of the study, which leads to it is expected that the level of contributions of direct media programs to raise awareness of the dangers of informal illegal immigration is high. 3- Rejecting the third hypothesis of the study: which means there are statistically significant differences between the responses of the beneficiaries and officials regarding their determination of the contributions of direct media programs in raising awareness of the risks of informal illegal immigration.

القضية الرئيسية للدراسة الحالية هي التعرف على إسهامات برامج الإعلام المباشر والتوعية بمخاطر الهجرة السرية غير القانونية. 1. وتمثلت أهداف الدراسة في تحديد أسباب الهجرة السرية غير القانونية، وتحديد البرامج التي تقدمها مراكز الإعلام في التوعية بمخاطر الهجرة السرية غير القانونية، وتحديد إسهامات هذه البرامج، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه هذه البرامج. أيضا من أهداف الدراسة تقديم عدد من المقترحات لتفعيل إسهامات برامج الإعلام المباشر في التوعية بمخاطر الهجرة السرية غير القانونية، والتوصل إلى تصور تخطيطي مقترح لتفعيل إسهامات هذه البرامج. والدراسة الحالية تعتبر من الدراسات الوصفية. وتعتمد الدراسة الحالية على منهج المسح الاجتماعي. ولقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على عدد 5 مراكز الإعلام التابعة للهيئة العامة للاستعلامات بمحافظة كفر الشيخ. وتمثلت أدوات جمع البيانات في: استمارة استبيان للمستفيدين حول إسهامات برامج الإعلام المباشر في التوعية بمخاطر الهجرة السرية غير القانونية، واستمارة استبيان للمسئولين حول إسهامات برامج الإعلام المباشر في التوعية بمخاطر الهجرة السرية غير القانونية. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: 1) قبول الفرض الأول للدراسة والذي مؤداه من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى أسباب الهجرة السرية غير القانونية مرتفعاً. 2) قبول الفرض الثاني للدراسة والذي مؤداه من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى إسهامات برامج الإعلام المباشر في التوعية بمخاطر الهجرة السرية غير القانونية مرتفعاً. 3) رفض الفرض الثالث للدراسة وبالتالي يمكن القول بأنه توجد فروق جوهرية دالة إحصائياً بين استجابات المستفيدين والمسئولين فيما يتعلق بتحديدهم لإسهامات برامج الإعلام المباشر في التوعية بمخاطر الهجرة السرية غير القانونية.
