520 |b Social protection policies are a framework that includes social policies that aim to protect the individual in case he is exposed to any dangers. Social protection focuses on vulnerable or at-risk individuals such as: children, women, the unemployed, the sick, the elderly or the elderly, and from here the state has put in place mechanisms and policies Specifically for children through the work of international organizations and civil society organizations, and in light of this, the study aimed to identify the reality of participatory planning in civil society organizations and international organizations, and to define the role of participatory planning mechanisms in building the capacities of civil society organizations and international organizations, and to identify obstacles facing participatory planning in building capacity Civil society organizations and international organizations, and the study found that the level of participatory planning mechanisms between civil society organizations and international organizations to achieve social protection for children at risk is high, and that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between participatory mechanisms and building the capacities of civil society organizations and international organizations, and this study is a descriptive study. The study relied on a comprehensive social survey approach for all officials in the comprehensive survey Take note of the comprehensive enumeration of officials of international organizations, their number (36), and civil society organizations (NGOs), their number (96) individually. 
520 |a تعد سياسات الحماية الاجتماعية إطارا يشمل السياسات الاجتماعية التي تهدف إلى حماية الفرد في حالة تعرضه لأية أخطار، وتركز الحماية الاجتماعية على الأفراد الضعفاء أو المعرضين للخطر مثل: الأطفال، النساء، العاطلين، المرضى، كبار السن أو المسنين، ومن هنا قامت الدولة بوضع آليات وسياسات خاصة بالأطفال من خلال عمل المنظمات الدولية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، وفي ضوء ذلك استهدفت الدراسة تحديد واقع التخطيط التشاركي في منظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الدولية، وتحديد دور آليات التخطيط التشاركي في بناء قدرات منظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الدولية، وتحديد معوقات التي تواجه التخطيط التشاركي في بناء قدرات منظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الدولية، وتوصلت الدراسة أن مستوى آليات التخطيط التشاركي بين منظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الدولية لتحقيق الحماية الاجتماعية للأطفال المعرضين للخطر مرتفع، وأنه توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين آليات التشاركي وبناء قدرات منظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الدولية، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لجميع المسئولين بالمنظمات الدولية وعددهم (36)، ومنظمات المجتمع المدني وعددهم (96) مفردة.
