ناقش البحث موضوع مفهوم الحكم النحوي وأنواعه وعناية النحويين به "وتتبين أهمية هذا البحث في أنه يتيح معرفة جهود علماء النحو في التعريف بالحكم النحوي والقضايا النحوية المتعلقة به وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة عن السؤال التالي ما جهود النحويين وعنايتهم بدراسة الحكم النحوي؟ سعي البحث لتحقيق عدة أهداف منها الوقوف على الحكم النحوي عند النحويين والتعريف بعنايتهم بأحكام النحو واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التاريخي ومن أهم نتائج البحث عرف النحويون الحكم النحوي بأنه كل ما يثبت للكلمة أو التركيب من بناء أو إعراب، أو تقديم أو تأخير أو غير ذلك مما يجعله جاريا على سمت كلام العرب واتخذ النحاة في تصنيف الأحكام وتعيين مصطلحاتها تتبع الظواهر اللغوية ومنهج الاستقراء وجمع المتشابهات وملاحظة اختلاف الجزئيات ثم تصنيف الأحكام في ضوء المادة المروية المجموعة إلى أحكام بعضها يرتبط بالكم وأخري ترتبط بالنوع وينقسم الحكم النحوي إلى: واجب، وممنوع، وحسن، وقبيح، وخلاف الأولى، وجائز على السواء، ومن توصيات البحث ضرورة العناية بالدراسات المتعلقة بالأحكام النحوية ودراسة جهود الأئمة السابقيين في هذا الجانب والعناية بإفراد أنواع الحكم النحوي بدراسة علمية ومنهجية مفصلة.
The paper has tackled the concept of government and binding an its types as well as the grammarians' concern with it. The study is significance since its allows researchers to know the grammarians' efforts in defining government and binding and grammar-related topics. The statement of the problem tends to answer this question: What is the grammarians' efforts and concern with the studying government and binding? The paper seeks to arrive at many objectives most noticeably is to investigate government and binding according to the grammarians and to highlight their concern with field. The researcher has adopted descriptive and historical approach. The paper has concluded that government and binding is defined as any rule that affirms the syntax and construction or a word, anastrophe or anything that goes in line with Arabic wording. In classifying the ruling and determining their terminologies, the grammarians have traced the linguistic phenomena by using inductive approach, and collecting the analogies and noting the differences, then classification the ruling according to the narrated materials grouped either qualitatively or quantitatively or types, The government and binding is divided into binding, forbidden, good, against the former and acceptable. The research has recommended that studies on government and binding should be given priority. The researcher has necessitated placing emphasis on the studies by the predecessors and that the types of grammatical ruling should be given deep and elaborate studies.
