|a يهدف البحث إلى قياس أثر الريادي على إدارة الأزمات في مؤسسة سونلغاز لولاية غليزان، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف البحث، واختبار صحة فرضياته فقد تم إعداد استبانة لجمع البيانات من المدير ورؤساء الأقسام والمصالح، حيث تم توزيع 40 نسخة على عينة البحث، استرجع منها 30 نسخة أي ما نسبته 75% من الاستبانات الموزعة. توصلنا إلى عدة استنتاجات أهمها أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبعض خصائص الريادي في إدارة الأزمة، وأن القدرة على التحكم بالذات كانت من أهم الخصائص الريادية في إدارة الأزمات وفقا لوجهات نظر المستجوبين.

|b Our research aimed to measure the impact of the entrepreneur leader on crisis management at the Sonelgaz Foundation of Relizane. In order to achieve its objective and to test its hypotheses validity, a questionnaire has been prepared to collect data from the director and departments’ responsible. Where 40 questionnaires were distributed to the research sample, and 30 questionnaires were retrieved (75% of the distributed questionnaires). We reached several results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant effect of some characteristics of the entrepreneur leader in crisis management, and that the ability to control oneself was one of the most important characteristics in managing crises according to the views of the respondents.
