المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم دليل السياسات والإجراءات للخدمة الاجتماعية المطبق في المستشفيات العامة بمنطقة الرياض، وتحديداً من خلال معرفة مستوى دليل السياسات والإجراءات ومدى تطبيقها من الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين، وكانت أبرز النتائج أن مستوى مشروعية وكتابة دليل السياسات من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع الدراسة من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين كان تقديراً عالياً، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التناسق والاقتناع والقبول في دليل السياسات كان تقديراً متوسطاً من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى المرونة والشمولية والوضوح في دليل السياسات كان تقديراً منخفضاً، بينما أختلف أفراد مجتمع الدراسة من المسئولين حول مستوى دليل السياسات، وأظهرت النتائج أن مدى تطبيق الأخصائيين الاجتماعين لدليل السياسات كان تقديره متوسطاً، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التناسق في دليل الإجراءات كان تقديراً عالياً من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع الدراسة الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى السهولة والرقابة كان تقديره منخفضاً، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الوضوح والمرونة كان تقديره منخفضاً جداً، بينما أختلف أراء مجتمع الدراسة المسئولين حول مستوى دليل الإجراءات، وأظهرت النتائج أن مدى تطبيق الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لدليل الإجراءات كان تقديراً عالياً من وجهة نظر أفراد مجتمع الدراسة. وأبرز التوصيات كانت أضافة عدد من السياسات والإجراءات المقترحة للدليل، واقتراح إلغاء أحد السياسات، واقتراح برنامج تدريبي للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين خريجي الانتساب، وتحديث دليل السياسات والإجراءات وموائمتها مع معايير سباهي.

The study aimed to evaluate the policy and procedures manual for social work applied in the public hospitals in the Riyadh Province , specifically by knowing the level of the Policy and Procedures Manual and the extent to which it is applied by social workers, and the main results that the level of legitimacy and writing of the Policy Manual of The perspective of the members of the study community of social workers was highly appreciated, and the results showed that the level of consistency, conviction and acceptance in the policy manual was an average estimate from the perspective of the members of the study community, and the results showed that the level of flexibility, comprehensiveness and clarity in the policy manual It was a low rating, while the members of the study community differed from officials about the level of the Policy manual, and the results showed that the extent to which the meeting specialists applied the Policy manual was moderately appreciated, and the results showed that the consistency level in the procedures Manual was highly appreciated from the point of view of individuals The social workers ' study community, as the results showed, the level of ease and control was low, and the results showed that the level of clarity and flexibility was very low, while the views of the study community differed on the level of the Procedures manual, and the results showed that the extent of the application The social workers of the procedures Manual was highly valued from the perspective of the members of the study community. The most notable recommendations were the addition of a number of proposed policies and procedures for the manual, the proposed cancellation of a policy, the proposal of a training programme for social workers, graduates of affiliation, and the updating of the Policy and Procedures manual and its alignment with the Sabahi standars.
