|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وضع استراتيجية مقترحة لتنمية المهارات الناعمة لدى قادة المدارس الثانوية في ضوء مفهوم التنمية المهنية المستدامة، وقد استخدمت المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في قادة المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم وعددهم (148) لمدارس البنين، (150) لمدارس البنات بإجمالي عدد (298)، وقد تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية البالغ قوامها (146) قائدا بنسبة (49%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وكان من أهم أدوات البحث تحليل الوثائق والسجلات، واستبانة آليات المهارات الناعمة لقادة المدارس الثانوية، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة تدني وجود آليات المهارات الناعمة لقادة المدارس الثانوية، وكان من أهم التوصيات ضرورة إقامة برامج للتنمية المهنية المستدامة لقادة المدارس الثانوية لتلبية الاحتياجات التدريبية، سواء في الجوانب الإدارية أو الفنية أو المالية.

|b The recent search aim to know putting a proposed strategy for developing the soft skills of secondary schools' leaders in the light of the concept of sustainable professional development. According to the aim of the search, The searcher used the description method (the surveys system) by its steps and procedures to be suitable for achieving the search aims, The community of the search assimilates the leaders of governmental secondary schools in the Qassim Area (148) for boys schools and (150) for girls schools and the total number is (298). The searcher has chosen the sampling search by the random and caste way which its number is (146) leaders and the percentage is 49% from the search community, Analysis the archives and documents and questionnaire the mechanisms of the soft skills for the secondary schools leaders were the most important search tools, and one of the most important results was the existence drop of the mechanisms of soft skills for the secondary schools leaders which forms a self-development, and one of the most important recommend at ions was the necessity of setting up sustainable professional development programs for secondary schools' leaders to meet training needs, whether in the administrative, technical or financial aspects.
